Smiling he dipped his head and ate a scrap of meat licking his muzzle.

Ember tore another price off the rabbit and swallowed. Looking over at the other wolf a thought occurred to her. "I don't think you told me your name." She said licking her muzzle

"My name? Oh its Hiko" he said to her he pulled a chunk of meat off of a bone.

Ember nodded and repeated the name silently before taking another bite

After he finished his last bite he licked his paw a washed his face.

Ember licked her lips and looked around.

She heard the sad howl of Riddik. Her heart beated for a second befroe she quickly ran to him, giving him a big dog 'hug' like she would her father," I came back for you... for this pack..." she woofed softly.

I looked at the little pup and smiled briefly. "what about your father and your little brother sweetheart? don't you want to be with them?" I picked her up and put her onto my shoulders

"He's not little! Nevermind that, he belongs with Sunpack. I don't fit in, I would miss you too much... and this pack." she woofed softly, one of her little ears perked up.

Name: Tvarika, meaning "swift, quick", though Achak has nicknamed her 'Tarka' for her sarcastic manner. It literally means "sharp-tongued' in his language.
Age: 3 years, she is extremely young but Achak has been teaching her to fight and she is actually quite vicious.
Gender: Female
Rank Wanted: Hunter. Although she is better equipped to be a fighter, she doesn't want Achak to think that she's following him around. She wants to be independent, to go her own way.
Crush: No-one yet.
Mate: She doesn't want pups right now, so no.
Pups: No thanks.
Personality: Tvarika is a strong, sarcastic, and witty female who doesn't take anything from anybody. She is often the voice of reason to Achak's kill-first-ask-later demeanor. Ever the diplomatic one, Tvarika is the one to diffuse situations and find out if there is any other option than violence. However, if no other option presents itself, Tvarika will make the hard choice. She is actually quite good at fighting.
History: Tvarika was born in the same pack as Achak, two years after he himself was born. She grew up in the shadow of her older, stronger siblings; and soon she was left in the dust behind the wake of their more impressive achievements. When Achak became lead fighter, he began to look for new wolves to strengthen the pack. Tvarika, though a little on the small side, caught his eye. She was strong, and quick, and her years of growing up overlooked caused many an opponent to underestimate her intelligence and skill. She became his prime pupil, and he was grooming her to take over his position when their pack was attacked and taken over. Achak and Tvarika had been out in the woods practicing, and had heard the commotion. Tvarika raced back to camp, her smaller weight and longer legs pulling ahead of Achak even though he knew she would be killed if the rival pack saw her. When he caught up to Tvarika she turned, eyes glassy, and he hauled her away from the gruesome sight of their fallen packmates. Now they've been traveling together, looking for a new pack to take them in. Tvarika hopes that this new pack will be good to her, and to Achak. He's her only friend now.

Name: Achak, meaning "spirit, spirited". A name that fits.
Age: 5 years, in his prime and absolutely deadly.
Gender: Male
Rank Wanted: Head fighter, though he'd settle for fighter. He isn't one to take orders from wolves he doesn't respect, though; and that can get him into trouble.
Crush: No-one.
Mate: He is not looking for a mate.
Pups: No.
Personality: Achak is more of the silent type, strong; burly, and a bit mean towards those who do not have his respect. Respect, with Achak, is something to be earned - not given freely. But once you have his respect, he will die for you. He is standoffish and feels that kill first, ask questions later is the only way to make sure that no-one can harm him or those he deems worthy of respecting. In choosing a new pack, Achak will only look for the strongest leaders, wisest elders, quickest hunters, etcetera. He will not allow disrespect towards him or anyone who is worthy, disrespect him and you just might forfeit your life.

History: Achak was born in the spring five years ago, the second born and the biggest in his litter. He grew up strong, and responsibility for his younger siblings and the honor of his parents was placed on his shoulders from an early age. When his older brother died, Achak was expected to take over his fathers' position as alpha male. However, Achak did not want that responsibility. He chose to train in the art of fighting and became lead fighter on his fourth birthday. Soon after he noticed a little female, Tvarika, and decided that she would make a fine fighter. His parents disapproved but he trained Tvarika anyway. In time she blossomed into one of the best fighters he'd ever seen. They were training in the forest one day when a rival pack attacked. It was over before they could help, and it wouldn't make sense to die for nothing. So he took Tvarike and ran, ran, and didn't look back. He wants to find a pack, at least to get her settled somewhere - being a loner is not good for a wolf.
