But I don't think that PPS's can get pups... Since they are... Forever puppies. (Puppies can't get puppies XD)

A kitten named Pheobe had kittens.....Pluss, it says PPS puppies are full grown, so.....

I highly doubt the PPS 2nd thing, since Minimanta is right, they are forever puppies.

P.S. Cats can have kittens as early as 5 months ._.

Have like the mona lisa or the scream (just not michal angalo's david XD) but so Tess dosn't die (: P) Just take the pictures of it and crop it (If thats alloud not sure : P)

Yes cats and dogs are NOT te same. XD
I know EVERYTHING about cats (is a cat lover) and I do know they can get kittens, when they are kittens themself.
But I don't know about dogs.

And of course the PPS's are "full-grown", the have Peter Pan Syndrome, which mean they are kids (pups) forever. And they don't get pups X]

They could do simpler versions of them. Like Vampiric's birthday dog. I would love famous art one! There could be "A Friend in Need"(Better known as "Dogs Playing Poker" ). I can't think of anymore yet. xD

I heard that she said somewhere (I really can't remember where... I think it was on the live chat, but not sure) that she wouldn't do them anymore. And sure enough, she started to draw owls, spiders and kois, instead of horses, wolves and cats... So it actually came as a surprise (for me at least) that the elements turned out to be cats. (And the element cats didn't even had a kitten stage, they just poped up as adults, that's at least what I've heard, since I wasn't here when they grew) But of course, I don't know for sure Only Malk know what she wanna give us! And I would simply LOVE more of her kitties!

PPS is like being a midget. Humans who are midgets pretty much have PPS, but they are still developing. The "PPS" humans grow up without.....erm.....GROWING! BUT they are adults! A PPS second/third gen pair could work!

If I were a midget I would be REALLY mad to be called a kid. I'm not that big myself (Just as high as the tallest midgets, no I am NOT a midget) and I am SICK AND TIRED of being seen as a kid! (I am 19).
But anyway, PPS pups IS pups. Forever!

ANYWAY, I think we should have a newborn with a Navy, Green, and Aqua blanket, striped kind of like the fruit newborns.

1st Puppy: Navy with White stripes (Kind of like Tiger Stripes)
2nd Puppy: Green with White Stripes (Stripes on Legs, Tail, and Ears)
3rd Puppy: Aqua with White Stripes (Kind of like Tiger Stripes, but straight)

1st Adult: Navy with Green Tiger Stripes
2nd Adult: Navy with Aqua Tiger Stripes
3rd Adult: Green with White Stripes PPS
4th Adult: Green with Navy Stripes
5th Adult: Aqua with White Stripes

No, midgets are not the same as 'PPS' on CS. Like mini said, it clearly says on the site that they never grow up. Midgets grow, they're just shorter. A PPS dog is a puppy, it doesn't grow. Midget dogs would look the same as dogs except a little smaller. Sort of like how the dark eyed galaxy is a little smaller than the clear eyed.
And you shouldn't even say that, as that might be offensive to midgets. Comparing them to puppies that never grow up

Anyways, I was thinking of some kind of chocolate dog. Like, the pup or puppy could either be wrapped in foil, or its blanket could be foil/wrapper. Then it would grow up as different kind of chocolates. Maybe, if it would have a bite mark, it could show a different filling inside, like an almond, walnut, caramel, wafer, cookie, etc.
For example, the pup could be different brown, dark dark brown, and light tan/white colors, with a shiny, foily (wrinkly) blanket. Then there could be dark, milk, and white chocolate pups, then the dark and milk could grow up to have different fillings. I don't think I've ever eaten a white chocolate with a filling, so the white chocolate dog could just grow up to be normal chocolate :3
