His eyes widened as he listened to Wisp. Humans? So close to camp? There was no way! But, he believed Wisp. From the fear that shown in her eyes and the desperate tone in her voice told him that she was telling the truth and there really were humans close by. "Ok and see if you can find Bronson, i think he was with Saleen last." he told her then looked over his shoulder in the direction that Axel and Brid had left. He bent his head down and pressed his muzzle against Wisps. "I'll be as quick as i can. Please be careful, Wisp. I don't know what i would do without you.." he told her then quickly turned and ran off out of camp in search of Brid and Axel.

He slowly nodded as he listened to Whisky, though stopped when he heard the end of what she had to say. "You care for me?" he asked her then shook his head. "But, we've only just met. We've only talked one other time. I mean, you know nothing about me." he told her in disbelief. He couldn't believe his ears but, he felt a connection with her too and he couldn't describe it. He wanted to stay with her but, she was a pack dog and he was just an injured loner.
