"It wasn't because of you!" Arthur snapped, returning with twos teaming cups of tea. He handed one to Roderich and sat himself next to the Austrian. "And I wouldn't use the word shocked. Your voice is almost hypnotizing. Blimey, you almost in a bloody trance." He replied. "In other words you were brilliant. Now who should play next?"

Roderich's head whipped around at the sudden shrill steam popping from the kettle, seeing as Arthur tumbled in surprise of the ear-splitting noise and letting out a loud yell in return. "Well of course we are in shock, that was marvelous Harper. There is no need for drums, your voice is key to the melody!" Roderich reviewed insistently, thanking Arthur and wrapping his fingers around the hot cup, taking a cautious sip of the tea, checking to see if it was too hot for his liking. "Arthur couldn't have said better, it was amazing. Would you like to sing Arthur? I'd like to hear." The Austrian asked, taking another clean sip of the tea from the china.

"W-what?" She stared at both of them, "I--what?" Harper tried to wrap her head around what they were saying, but just couldn't. "Are you sure you were listening to me...?" She blinked, hiding behind her hair, "I mean, like... Thanks, but I'm not... Erm, but I bet Art is."

"You really should give yourself more credit." Arthur replied, taking a sip of his tea before looking at Roderich. "In all honesty I would much rather play the guitar. Though as my sister is being a twit and won't let me borrow hers. But, sure, I'll go ahead and sing. I'm probably a bit rusty though." He paused for a moment. "I could sing a song I wrote myself or a song that's rather popular at my place at the moment... " It was hard to tell if he was talking to himself or asking the other what he should sing.

"Of course we were listening to you Harper, Arthur is right that song is something to be proud of, never have I wrote my own lyrics like that." Roderich revered, setting the cup in his lap and glancing back to Arthur. "Which would you prefer? You Brit's have a unique style of music, I wouldn't mind with either choice. The Austrian adjusted his eyewear. "If you wrote a song yourself, that would be interesting to view." The violet eyed student wondered which song Arthur would chose to show, eyebrows quirked as he looked to the green eyed brit.

"Right-o. I'll sing one I wrote." He cleared his throat, debating if he should settle on the song about his gentlemanly qualities or his magical friends. Well he personally liked his magical friends better so that was the obvious choice. He looked awkward and unsure as he started to sing, "Brownie, pixie, what jolly folks, Unicorn, all of them, my friends," He closed his eyes, not wanting to meet anyone's gaze, "With brown and wooly fur
He's extremely hardworking
Very fond of milk
And afraid of everyone else but me

Harper blinked. It was a strange song her brother sang, but it wasn't bad. It was... Different. Fun, really. She smiled, listening. She glanced over to Roderich, trying to read his expression.

Roderich listened to Arthur's upbeat and sincere rhythms, eyes bright with the liveliness and tone the Brit put into the song. It was very catchy, well written, and described a very genuine fact. The amethyst eyed student clapped as the song was drawn to a close, steadying his cup of tea on the coffee table. "Wonderful, Arthur. Your singing is actually very good, the song you wrote has a lot of character." Roderich said officially as he appreciated Arthur's work, impressed by the brit's talent.

Arthur only looked up when he was finished. With a pinkie extended he took a sip of his tea, smirking at Roderich. "Why do you sound so surprised?" He set his cup down on the table before leaning back and tilting his head towards the ceiling. "Perhaps a good voice runs in the family, huh Harper? Then again there a few siblings of mine that I wished more than anything would shut-up. Oh well. It's your turn now, Roderich." He fixed himself in a more comfortable position, giving out a small yawn. As he did so he made sure to mutter a small 'excuse me'. Manners were key to being a gentleman after all.
