oh and maroon, maybe alec and kendall could have driven to the party together, and after all the conflict and such, he'd probably pull her aside (because alec doesn't like making a scene, and he's kind of embarrassed that they're falling apart tbh) and just tell her she could drive herself home, because he wasn't going to anymore??? idk. I also feel like the drive there would be incredibly awkward and tense.

And, when they get to the party, he pulls her aside and talks about how they are falling apart, then they can either still ride home together and be all awkward, or he canrefuse to give her a ride home, and she will have to find someone.

raced to get to carmen's house first in their cars, and one
of them got a ticket or something? just a thought c;
