"Good." He purred. "Although try and tuck our hind legs in a bit more. It give you a more acurate pounce." He added, hoping his advise would come across and helpfil rather than critical.

Silentvoice looked back at his hind legs, seeing them sprawled out behind him. Jaws going taut in annoyance, he got to his paws and padded back to Fallenstar, getting into the crouch once again. There were so many things to remember. He had to try hard not to be upset by the fact that apprentices could do the crouch so well, whereas he messed up. He was only just now learning this move. He had to remind himself that. Going over what Fallenstar had told him, as well as picturing him doing it again, he repeated the hunter's crouch. This time he remembered to tuck in his hind legs, and he leaped onto the crushed grass stalk.

"Very good. You're a natural at hunting." He purred to Silentvoice, feeling like a proud mentor again. "Would you like to learn some fighting moves?" He asked the tom.

"Fighting moves," he repeated, looking back at the leader. His white fur was ruffled slightly from the excitement of getting praised for something. He wanted to learn, but at the same time he didn't. What if he abused his abilities? Or if he got hurt? Or hurt others? "What about defending moves instead...?" he meowed slowly, standing up. "I don't see myself fighting."

He nodded his head. "Fair enough." He meowed. "When being attacked, the most important thing to remember if to protect you belly as it is soft and is an easy target." He meowed. "Say if I was to run by your side and rake your belly, what would you do?" He asked. "Don't worry i won't actually do it." He meowed.

Silentvoice's ears swiveled back, but he remained where he was.
"You said to protect my belly," he murmured. "So... roll over? Push you away?"

He nodded his head. "That's right." He meowed you would either push me away or try and dodge the attack. Never roll over unless you have to." He added.

Cloudstar nodded, "plus. If you're not really sure about what to do when fighting with the Dark Forest, protect your neck." He added, giving a mouse to Fallenstar.

Moonstar appeared with a vole, "yes. Rolling over will only make you an easier target for cats to attack your belly. But Fallenstar and Cloudstar are right too." She said, padded over to the ancient leaders.

Silentvoice blinked at the other cat as she suddenly appeared, a vole in her jaws. He looked back at the other unfamiliar cats as they approached.
"Are you all... dead?" he meowed quietly, watching them.

He nodded his head. "I am Fallenstar, previous leader if Fallenclan. This is Cloudstar. Previous leader of Cloudclan." He meowed, pointing his tail to Cloudstar. "This here is Moonstar, previous leader of Moonclan." He finished, pointing to Moonstar.
