Weaselfur sat in the clearing glaring at Breezepelt.

"He cannot" Leafpool said, hissing "He is a traitor" She said, directing her words at him.

"Like you?" Ashfoot padded to the group and sat down, acting calm and civilized. "You have no room to talk, Leafpool. You are a traitor to ThunderClan, and you haven't fully been accepted here yet. Anyway, what brings you here, Breezepelt?"

"I regret my severe actions," he mewed steadily, looking the deputy in the eyes,"And wish to rejoin,"

"You cannot so easily condole your actions, in my eyes," Ashfoot said sternly. "That being said, it is Onestar's decision. Of course, that does not mean your Clanmates will accept you."

Dipping her head Leafpool turned and stalked away, her green eyes filling with tears.

Nightcloud couldn't help but feel a pang of sympathy for Leafpool. She pushed it away and divided her attention between Ashfoot and Breezepelt.
