An unlikely group of people have found themselves thrust suddenly into a situation of life or death by a maniac who calls himself the Puppeteer; later to be known as the ancient deity of chaos and death who enjoys playing the role of God.

Picking his players randomly, the Puppeteer tosses them into another land, world, dimension, universe - however you want to look at it - to take part in a game of survival. The animals are strange, the plants could be deadly, and there could be nowhere safe. The players are given few supplies at the start of the game but other than that, it's just themselves and the new world.

On top of that, the players are unique in their own sense, with their own strengths, weaknesses, and attributes, but in order for them to survive they have to work as a team - which can be difficult with the number of clashing personalities and species.

The Puppeteer selected an array of very unusual players for this board, and he can't wait to see how the game will play out...

Imps⇶ Colorful little critters that appear to look like little demons. With curved horns, pointed ears, goats legs, and razor sharp claws {sometimes even wings} they're quite strange looking. Most imps are fireproof and they're quite pesky little beings, who enjoy stealing objects from travelers or yanking their hair.

Gargoyles⇶ They come in a wide variety of sizes, ranging from the size of a large dog to a small bear. Most have canine or bat-like appearances. Though some might have wings, they are incapable of flight though they are excellent at jumping. They are frozen during the daylight hours and are nocturnal.

Ogres/Trolls⇶ Though Ogres and trolls are commonly mistaken for one another there are a few tricks to be able to tell the difference. Ogres are usually smaller than trolls and not quite as intelligent. Though both enjoy feasting on human flesh and using clubs as weapons, trolls are normally about the size of the bridges or caves they live in. They will normally eat any trespassers but trolls are much more...noble. They prefer to ask riddles. Anyone who answers the riddle correctly can pass freely.

Dragons⇶ Giant reptilian beings that can range in size and color. Being anywhere from the size of a large bear to the size of an elephant to the size of a whale. Normally their scales are the color of either the gems the dragons ingest or the color of their natural habitat. Dragons can breathe fire are quite intelligent and some are even able to speak different languages. Normally hot tempered and incredibly territorial, few can slay a dragon and live to tell the tale.

Hydras⇶ Another repitilian beast those this one looks much more like a serpent than a dragon does. Hydras are a giant nine-headed snake. Cutting off one head would seem like a good idea to defeat this creature, but that only causes two more heads to replace the one damaged head. Cutting off the middle head or burying the beast is the only way to defeat this creature. On rare cases, the middle head can even breath fire. Fortunately, they are rather shy and prefer not to have any confrontations.

Giant spiders/scorpions⇶ Both similar though they each have their own strengths and weaknesses. While both have poor eyesight they have incredibly quick reflexes. While the spider is able to jump long distances, shoot webs, and has poisonous fangs the scorpion has a dangerous stinger, sharp claws, and armor. Both have weakness beneath their underbellies and are weakened during daylight, preferring to hunt nocturnally.

Nagas⇶ Humanoid serpents and great warriors. They are nomadic and prefer to travel in small groups. With the upper body of a man or woman and the lower body of a serpent they are quite strange in appearance. Some Nagas have fangs or rattles at the end of their tails, even. They fear the unknown and use humans as sacrifices to appease the Gods they worship.

Amphisbaena⇶ A two headed serpent. One head on one end and the other head on the opposite end. It can move forward or backward and the Naga occasionally keep them as pets. They are rather loyal once tamed but lethal when fighting against.

Lycans⇶ Not exactly werewolves, but similar. These beasts do not change into humans. They are pure animal, bloodthirsty and wild. They are about the size of a horse and their howls can send a chill down anyone's spine. Silver weapons work beast on these creatures. Some are loners while others hunt in packs. They are indeed, nocturnal.

Kappas⇶ Flesh-eating water demons that lurk in mainly freshwater. They hide their grotesque faces and razor sharp teeth beneath the surface of the water, while only allowing their turtle-like shells to break the surface to appear as harmless as possible. They are mainly solitary and clumsy on land.

Chimeras⇶ A three headed beast, normally with the head of a lion and a goat with the tail of a snake. They are rather aggressive when provoked but, much like lions, prefer to laze away beneath the rays of the sun. Each head is said to be able to breath fire.

Cerberus⇶ A massive three headed dog. It is said only the greatest of mortals could train this dog-like demon to obey commands. Quite large and incredibly slobbery, they are normally not very aggressive.

Orthrus⇶ The younger brother to Cerberus. Instead of having three heads, it has two. It is very similar to Cerberus though it is less aggressive than Cerberus is but much more intelligent, despite the fact it is lacking the third brain.

Manticores⇶ It has the body of a lion, the head of a man or monkey-like creature, and the tail of either a scorpion, porcupine, or dragon. With three rows of sharp teeth and the intelligence of a man it can be quite dangerous. Few manticores, much like the dragons, have been able to speak the human language. Manticores, when feasting, eat not only the bones but the clothes or hair of the victim as well.

Harpies/Sirens/Mermen⇶ All three of these creatures are quite similar. Harpies have the head of a women and the body of a giant bird. Sirens also have upper torso of a beautiful woman but the lower portions is much like a fish. Both of these two creatures sing beautiful songs to lure men to their deaths. While mermen do not sing, they use their charm and good looks to attract lonely women to their side. All three feed on flesh and it is near impossible to break free of them once they have your attention.

Kraken⇶ A giant, actually, massive squid-like creature that lives in the ocean. It comes up from the depths to sink ships and eat upon the drowning bodies. It is rare to find a Kraken, though, as they only need to feed every month or so. Not very intelligent, it is near impossible to attempt to communicate or bargain with it.

Asmodeus almost has a sort of split-personality disorder that either fascinates people or makes them fearful of him. For the most part, he's a trouble-making vampire with a need for attention and a knack for getting himself into trouble. Living through years and decades of, well, life - he often got bored and would turn to finding was to amuse himself. Often people tend to confuse Asmodeus's boredom for laziness, which is not the case at all. He sometimes has problems finishing some projects if they start to take to long, wanting immediate results. In such cases, Asmodeus will quite easily move on to the next project if it takes too long. This is not because of laziness, in fact, he's far from lazy. But his motivation to move on is due to his hatred of boredom. He likes to keep things upbeat, lively, and new.

Because of Asmodeus's consistent need for 'new', this makes him very good at adapting. He has learned that it's much more fun to attract the attention of people instead of trying to hide and stay unnoticed, which most likely just gets you picked on by others anyway. Asmodeus can be quite mysterious when he wants to, which is a lot of the time. He finds it fun to toy with people and often can make people crave to be around him simply because he knows the right thing to say and when to say it. He's incredibly chivalrous, always holding the doors open for people. For some reason he has a good eye at finding those who are most upset and easily lifts their spirits with a smile and a wink of an eye.

Unfortunately, he still has that small...issue. There are certain times when Asmodeus seems to 'lose it', to put it simply. He's incredibly passionate and poetic during these times, but in a dark and foreboding manner. He can be downright moody and pouty in a way that seems to be towards himself only; as if he's not pleased with himself. When this happens he tends to laugh at the most random of things or things that tend to be only going on in his mind. The few that know Asmodeus say it was because he lived through a terrible war and that it's his own way of coping with the horrors he saw.

isn’t somebody you can control or subdue, see, and in
this hostile new world, she’s eager to explore. not
exactly what a reasonable person would do upon find-
ing themselves completely out of their depth, but this
adventurous young woman doesn’t exactly possess what
you would call reason, a fact which causes some to find
her endearing and others, annoying and troublesome.
not that tally cares about what anybody thinks of her.
this independence could be called a virtue, but in her?
well, you could say that tally is an example of how some-
body can be too much of a maverick. her disregard for
anything that comes out of another person’s mouth not
only tends to put her and her companions’ safety in jeop-
ardy, but she can be plain rude when it comes down to it.
again, her insensitivity and blunt manner of speaking are
both a turn-on and a turn-off, depending on who you are.

Myika Campbell: a tenacious female with as feisty an attitude as a feral dog, somewhat fitting for an individual who divides her time between that of human and wolf. Necessity is her motivator, repercussions an unexpected adventure to revel in; but her determination to prevail and bring those in her company into the foothills of success can blind her to the impracticality of her own suggestions. She is wont to charge into situations without prior thought and to overlook the consequences of such actions, for Myika possesses instincts that are as primal as a nursing wolf and centre solely on survival. Loyalty is the be-all-and-end-all of her relationships; another trait stimulated by the development of her disambiguation, at the very least exaggerated a temperamental license she had rarely indulged in before, now betrayal is a permanent forfeit of friendship and a promise for vengeance. Most noticeable in her personality is the quick fuse of her temper and the savagery at which she addresses the weaknesses of those around her; agitation that people cannot fulfil her expectations can descend into a cruel display of humiliation just as it can break into the chasm of her instinctual drive to protect and safeguard. Thomas Anthony Dawson is a strange being indeed. An angel, a being of light and a soul of wind, Thomas normally goes by Tad, after his initials, or Tommy, but Tad is more common. A very serious creature of thought and logic, Thomas has strong moral values. Knowing right and wrong, he views the world as black and white. I can turn into animals, one minute I could be a bear the next I could be a wolf. In short watch your back I could be anything...

They only downside to being able to be any animal on the planet? In truth it's excruciatingly painful to shift. You're bones are twisting, snapping, separating, fusing together you're skin is turning to scales, feathers or fur and your organs are growing, shrinking and twisting. Also Shifting requires a lot of energy and concentration. Sometimes when I feel stong emotions the shifting is uncontrollable, In other words it happens without me thinking.
