Ternpaw smiled at her brother then shifted her gaze to her mother. "Come on mum! I want to know! I'm curious!" She smirked at Bramblestorm, jumping up and down playfully.

Faith watched Ashpaw closly. Why, on earth, was he being nice to her. She had never met a Tom that didn't want to kill her or hurt her. A single shiver ran down her spine at memories but she pushed the thought away.

Oakpaw, finished with his walk, padded back to camp. He loved the feel of the cool snow beneth his large, creamy brown paws and the woody scent that leaf-bear brang. He bounded into camp, shaking the white flecs from his pelt, and smiled warmly. Though he liked to get away one and a while, it was always nice to come back to camp.

Fallowpaw's eyes drifted back over to Oakpaw, her heart beating ferociously in her chest. She closed her eyes, mumbling silently to herself. She opened them and casually padded over to the tom, smiling warmly. "Hello Oakpaw, lovely day isn't it." She lifted her tail slightly, just to stop it from dragging along the floor and getting dirty.

Oakpaw dipped his head to the pretty she-cat. "Indeed" he said brightly, picking his head back up to look her in the eyes. "I just went out for a walk, it really is beautiful out there" he purred gently, his eyes bright.

(Man he is popular! XD He already knows who he likes by the way, but I'm not telling XD)

Fallowpaw cocked her head, blinking at him. She soon realised that he wouldn't pick the question up from her expression, so she had to say it out loud. "So how far did you go? Down as far as the river? I just love it down there." She purred slightly, closing her eyes to keep the image in her mind, but soon reopened them as she remembered who she was talking to.

Sandpaw sighed, flexing her curved claws. So Sweetpaw doesn't appear to be the only she-cat in his life. She thought, closing her dark eyes regretfully. If only I could get a mere glance out of those captivating violet eyes...Yet I am invisible to him...What did I do wrong? Shaking her head, she waited patiently for Featherpaw to reply.

Mumblefoot and Dewfrost walked back towards camp. They seen Sweetpaw up ahead. They stopped, and Sweetpaw bounded over to them. "The water is frosting up." she announced. "The fish are almost frozen solid." she sat down, curling her tail around her paws. "Have you went by the water? We sure didn't see you.." Dewfrost glanced at Mumblefoot. "No, I could scent it." Sweetpaw looked up curiously at Dewfrost. "Go back to camp and get some fresh-kill, Me and Dewfrost have to talk." Mumblefoot said. "Okay thanks!" Sweetpaw turned and bounded off. "I have an idea," Mumblefoot whispered. "Follow me." he bounded back to camp, Dewfrost at his heels. They stopped and entered. Mumblefoot looked around for any cats, then bounded over to Oakpaw and Fallowpaw. "I'm planning on something for Sweetpaw, I want to test out her scenting skill's. I need both of you, Fallowpaw and Oakpaw, I'm going to act like were going on a patrol, were bringing Sweetpaw with us, Dewfrost is going by the river far from us, Sweetpaw might be able to scent and see what she is doing. Has any of you noticed her scenting skills?" he told them. "I'm going to hide under a pile of snow." Dewfrost added bounded up to them.

Fallowpaw shook her head, sighing. "No sorry. I haven't spoken to her much recently let alone train with her." She looked back at Oakpaw, wondering if he'd trained with her.

"I hadn't noticed till just now, She said that the water was frosting up and the fish were almost forzen solid, we were no where near the river." Mumblefoot meowed. "But we will all see her scenting skills, If she uses them." he opened his jaws and let out a large yawn then turned and bounded off.

Ashpaw sat down in font of his mother. "Ternpaw, be patient."He laughed. "Sit down, and she'll tell us."

Bramblestorm nodded. "I'm not telling until you calm down. You can celebrate after."
