Piston snorted and pulled backwards, dragging Brooke with him. As soon as Aurora reared, he sidestepped, placing himself infront of Brooke. No matter how unruley and rebellious he was at times, Brooke was still his "mommy" and he wouldn't let anyone hurt her. Brooke clung to Piston's reins and watched from behind his neck, safe between his body and the wall. She worried for the other's, especially Lily, since she looked as if she had really hurt her leg.
From a few stalls down, Queen was anxiously whinnying and pacing her stall, her eyes wild as she heard the commotion outside the stall. She was barely tall enough to see over the stall door and tried to see what was going on. Galaxy backed up several paces, giving the mare room to thrash about. His ears were tilting backwards as he saw Raven leave him and get caight up in the commotion. He snorted a warning to the mare and pawed the ground with his big hoof.
Raven had whipped her phone out and texted her mom for help the secong Aurora had freaked. Hopefully she'd be there soon. Her mom would be able to help. She managed to make her way over to Rowan's stall as he reared."Ssshhh, calm down boy." She said softly to him, keeping an eye on Aurora. She knew it was best to wait for her mom to get there or till the mare calmed down. For now, all she could do was wait and watch. "Don't worry boy, I'll take you out soon, just stay calm." She said quietly to the stallion and reached out to pat his neck.
When Jill had received the text message from Raven, she had cantered Shadow over to the guest barn. She left Shadow outside and walked quickly into the guest barn, her demeanor calm. She surveyed the scene as she entered. "What's going on?" She asked, her voice calm yet serious. She looked at Aurora and slowly approached the mare, her body relaxed and her pace slow, showing she was no threat. "Now now sweetie. Calm down, you're alright." She said as she got closer. She knelt next to Lily and placed a hand on her shoulder. "How badly are you hurt? Can you get up?" She asked the teenage girl, keeping an eye on her mare.
