Large, confident and fast, he knows how to move through the snow, to find the weaknesses in an enemy, and to push his clan. He doesn't excel at anything, but he is easily one of the most trusted cats in the clan. Even as an apprentice he was happy and approachable. As a general cat he is really nice, gentle and kind to everyone. He is the sort of leader anyone is willing to go to with an issue as they know he will do whatever he can to fix it.
Important Notes:
He almost had a name change when his should was injured. It didn't seem like it would heal properly, but he begged for more time to get it fixed. He worked with the medicine cat until he could walk properly, without a limp. Now he only limps after a long, rough day, with hunting and battling in the cold.

Name Reasoning: He seems a little energetic for a -cloud cat, and he is a rather fast cat, as you mentioned. If he's noticeably so, then he should be named for that, but if he's just a little faster than usual, he could easily be called -cloud (still a little energetic, but whatever).
Alternative Name: Lynxfoot, if he's a notably fast cat. If not, stick with Lynxcloud.

Character Reasoning: Like I said above, he seems energetic for a -cloud cat, but there aren't any real issues. He's level-headed, steady, determined, and trustworthy - a good leader for a Clan to have.

Name Reasoning: Icewhisker fits her just fine, though her fighting's rather close to her hunting. I'm gunna start pegging around 6/10 as average, with 5/10 being slightly worse than others and 7/10 being slightly better.
Anyway, the name fits her just fine.

Character Reasoning: There's a couple small issues here:
I feel like the grey paws are to keep her from being fully white, thus she can't be deaf from having blue eyes. While blue eyes are pretty, rarely do cats have any darker colors on the lower half of the body. In fact, they're generally at the top half (see the white spotting section of the last link). I suggest either removing the blue eyes (there's nothing wrong with green or yellow or even hetero-eyes!) and making her all white or removing the grey feet and giving her some grey or black markings on her upper half (nose, ears, tail, small patches on the back, etc).
She's a gentle cat who's bubbly and energetic - usually, gentle folk tend to be calmer and more relaxed. Also, people generally tend to get angry when they're friends are messed with, and more willing to ignore personal attacks. I think that could be replaced with something else.
She could probably be someone who has very positive energy, and is open and forgiving, willing to give the benefit of the doubt to strangers, thus making her more easily trusted and liked. She might have a tendency to use her heart over her head, arguing for what's the right thing to do over what's logically sound. Or she could always demand to hear both sides of a story before coming to a conclusion, and prefers the peaceful route.

Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do except tell you which prefixes check out and which don't, since this is all physical description based. If you want to bring them in with a quick bio for each, like so, then I can properly review them, but for now I'll just have to say which prefix does and does not work.

I want to note that Kestrel- refers to a tortoiseshell or a brown tabby with noticeable black stripes. But since you refer to Kestrelnose as patched, then it's a near impossibility to be a male. Tortie males are extremely rare and have consequences for existing, but you can read up about that in the many posts where I've talked about it - in fact, I've told you about it before, in your first review.

But other than that, there's no real issues with any of the prefixes.

Name Reasoning: I think that the only issue is that he's a regular striped tabby, rather than a dappled, as Loach- defines. Other than that, his name fits him perfectly.
Alternative Name: Rabbitstream/Larkstream. Both prefixes are for a regular brown tabby, and -stream stays as it is. You can still use Loach- if you'd like, but these prefixes are more for a regular tabby.
