it started as an all inclusive, paid for trip.
an unknown location chosen specifically by your college.
you were to stay at a low-key cabin with a few other students
who wanted a chance to relax and enjoy the sun as well.
that's how it was suppose to be, anyway.
day four of the vacation, things started to go awry. electricity,
plumbing, water, everything, was gone. cellphones, laptops,
and certain luxuries seemed to disappear overnight. it was you
against nature- nature that seemed to be much more different
than you remembered. strange, unnatural creatures made their
appearances once and awhile. sometimes it was snowing, the next
day it was 100 degrees out. and the things that go bump in the
night? well, that's what you have weapons for.

the human race has stopped evolving.
and if we are to survive on different planets once earth is done for,
we must change. that's why i, dr. frieser conducted and went
through with this experiment. we've sent a group of young adults
to adapt and survive in what is known as 'area 42'. a wasteland
for our more complicated test subjects and lab results. we are to
monitor every move, choice, change and every problem until we
have created and remodeled their generation. how long will that
take? i can't answer that. weeks, months, or maybe even years.
do i regret sending these students to their likely deaths?
absolutely not.

rred to as stella. she's your parent's
worst nightmare- disobedient, loud
and an impulsive wreck since pre-k.
all her life she's been stuck in a const-
ant routine of the same things over
and over, which is what originally
spurred her highly adventurous nature.
stella is one to appreciate the unique
qualities in people, and can't stand th-
ose who are happy being saddled down.
she's not necessarily kind, but won't
point out someone's flaws upon first
meeting them. even with her bouncing
around from place to place, stella tends
to get overly attached to people and
constantly gets her heartbroken. even
so, she's never gotten the memo and
continues to wear her heart on her sle-
eve. their dilemma at the island has
her strangely frightened but intrigued
