My brother recently got a little grey kitten and I just suggested the name to him, and he likes it, so thank you for the inadvertent naming suggestion!

This makes me so happy :)
Having serious issues viewing dark colours at the moment. May delay replys to pms. Sorry.

The Leopard Pups
Grey, Black and White. The world revolves and we go with it. Twisting in this everlasting monotony, eyes of green and gold, watching and waiting for our chance, our time. Cytor, Liliana, Serenade, Bayonet, the Prankster, the sweet one, the mother and the lost soul. There birth was a lost event, one in a million, two wandering souls met in the shadows, and these four were created. There pups are the stuff of legend, one lost there sight, one lost there path, one lost there love and the other? The other lost his family, everyone they cared about. He lost his family.

Would you mind rating a loner's name? I can add in his past warrior name if you want. I've had him since 2010 and I would feel SO disheartened to re-name him, he's kind of like family to me and my best friend's now.

I probably won't re-name him though c:

If he's just a regular loner with no intentions to join a Clan, then yes, I can review his loner name. If he actually intends to join a Clan, then I would very heavily recommend that he gets a rename.

He can exist both ways, you know. That's the magic of original characters. You can still have dead ones interacting with live ones because they're malleable like that. So he can have a loner name and a warrior name, and it wouldn't even matter.

Image/Description: Image
-Note he has a large scar running down his left front leg from his knee to his paws
Name: Pine, though when he was in a clan he was Pinefang, then Pinestar. He formerly changed his name to Pine when he left.
Gender: Tom cat.
Clan: None, he's a loner that lives in a old abandoned barn with many other loners.
Rank: Loner
Personality/Skills: Distant and quiet; this tom is extremely mellow, though he usually flirts with molly's, but generally only hangs around his mate Coyote (my best friend's OC) and his brother. He's an extremely good fighter, and has a very large scar along his front leg that runs from his knee down to his paw. Though he is quiet, he can have an extremely feisty side when mad, and can easily seriously wound a cat. He usually calls his mate 'lady', and courts her by saying, "Hello, my dear lady," and such. He has a very orderly-fashioned personality, and keeps himself calm and collected.
Important Notes: When he was a former warrior he got -fang because he was good in combat and hunting. This I was actually surprised I got from so long ago. XD! He has a strong British accent. (Don't question it, he just does haha)

Given that this does take place in Britain, I wouldn't be surprised. (Quick note: There's quite a lot of british accents, so I'd take a look around and see which one fits him best.)

Name Rating: 8/10
Name Type: Traditional
Name Reasoning: He's more of a plain dark grey, but I'm letting it pass because it does note that these cats tend to be dusky, and he's close enough to a bluish grey. Otherwise, the name fits him regardless of where he's at.
I actually expected a name like Dormin or something. This is a pleasant surprise.
However, he strikes me as more of a -claw cat, since the fighting is mentioned alone, with hunting not really coming up. Besides, he's really good at fighting, not just equal at hunting and fighting but not excelling in either.
Alternative Name: Pineclaw as a warrior.

Character Rating: 8/10
Character Reasoning: Two things, both relatively minor. Or not. Whichever, it's subjective.
Why did he leave the Clan? I feel like that should be mentioned in the important notes. He got to leader position, so that must have given him some heavy consequences. Why would he leave?
Also, if I had a dollar for every time I got the "nice but can be mean" thing, I would have enough money to buy a koi pond. If he's a very courteous, collected and calm sort, he probably wouldn't be "feisty" during a battle - in fact, if he's as good as he is, he would probably be very calculating and skillful, keeping his mind in a fight so he can end it with minimal bloodshed.
Granted, there are some ways to use "nice but mean" in a non-contradictory sense - someone who's genuinely a cruel person but lives under a false sense of kindness and meekness (either to deny to themselves their bloodlust or to fool others), or someone who genuinely is or wants to be nice but has an absurdly short but harmless temper, but those aren't generally things that can be done well without practice.

Thank you! Side note- His history is very long, and.. sort of confusing. If you wish to know just PM me!
