Gage looked over his shoulder curtly to see Taylor has followed; with that, he slid from under the bench and crawled along the pavement, avoiding the feet of the many humans that walked by. No one seemed to notice the dog, anyway, which was good; a little kid could squeal in excitement if they saw him, or an adult could call the dog catchers if they saw him. Either way, being seen was bad. Gage finally came down the street with Taylor to an old, reddish building with paint peeling from it's walls and it's sign cracked. On the cracked window of the abaondoned shop, said the words 'MARIVA DELI.' Gage turned to look at Taylor, "follow me inside. But be careful, there's broken glass on the floor." He turned back to the building and limped forward, before squeezing his way inside by this large hole near the broken front door.

She looked at him as he sat down and the fae stopped walking, her brown gaze locking with his for a moment, curiosity easily shown. "Because not many strays trust others easily. I guess it's hard to believe you could possibly take me serious, no one else has, though I suppose everyone is different, but when you grow up around here, you tend to learn to stay away from dogs in general, nothing but trouble." she told him in response. The English shepherd then looked at the busy street, not far from them, across is was Central Park, where she had been earlier that morning. Akyra looked back at Buck and decided to be polite enough to finally give her name. "Oh and I guess my introduction is long over due by now. I'm Akyra, don't see how giving a name could hurt." she said giving him a somewhat small smile.

Buck looked as he had watched the fae stop and suddenly his gaze had been locked with hers,he had waited for her answer as he twitched his ears when he had heard her speak."Well I myself will take sometime to trust most strays but once I see one I know that I may be able to trust then I will easily speak to them.Yeah I bet it is since you have probably met so many other strays that haven't but like you said we are all different," he said,"And yeah I have noticed that I have learned to stay away from many strays as my past and other incidents rely on those troubles I have came across, he added as Buck remembered all of the strays that had always been trouble for him.Buck looked over at the streets that had been filled with cars and the park which had probably kids there,seeing her look back again the brute perked his ears once more just in case she was about talk which she did,"yeah I suppose,and it is nice to meet you,well know your name Akyra as it sounds nice and I am glad to have known your name and all,however I don't judge you for not giving me it strait up considering it is understandable." Buck said to the fae as he returned a small smile back to her as his tail had wagged for a brief moment.

Taylor looked at Gage as she had finally stopped at the bench and crouched down considering they didn't need to be noticed.Finally she had began to crawl along as she carefully followed Gage and avoiding the foot steps of all the humans who had been walking by,which of course it was very risky considering one wrong move or if any of them seen Gage and Taylor they would call the dog catcher well at least the adults would.Unlike the children who would normally smile and be excited to see her since all these times Taylor had walked past them they would always run up to her and feel her soft fur,but of course the adults would quickly come over and grab them as they would take the child away from her as they would call her a 'beast'.Finally she had reached the end of the street with Gage and she had seen a building which had looked faded and abandoned which was a relief,it had looked like a familiar place as it was deli but then again it could have just been another one since they had all looked somewhat the same."okay,I will but make sure you too be careful considering we both know you don't need to get hurt anymore than what you are," Taylor said calmly to him,as she had followed him in through the same way when she had seen the large hole and the broken front door which was probably the best way to go.

natasha heard the sound of paw steps nearing her, she could smell him. only faintly over the beer scent and the oil that was caking on her coat and the side of the dumpster. she could feel his presence and flicked her ears back, a faint whine escaping her maw as she trembled. no. she couldn't face him. was it esther or ace? both of them were so similar. she stayed in her place and did not move or stir.

Ace sighed "I-i was meaning to help you and the other fae, you see..." he paused "i-I never would mean to hurt you..." he sighed, once again and sat down, hoping the fae would reply. He heard a whine from under a dumpster, but thought it was safer to stay back where he was-in case she was scared of frightened. Ace never would mean to scare or hurt her.

Gage nodded to her as he slipped into the building, stopping directly in front of the broken door. Inside the old deli, it actually did look once neat. The old booths and countertops that once stood proudly in the shop were torn and wear down, and the ceiling was about caved in, counting the blue paint on the walls were peeling. The floor was littered in debris of wrappers, old meat, cabinets, knives, rat droppings, and much more uncanny items. Dusty light showed into the quiet shop from the cracked windows, and piles of dust and dirt littered everywhere in the deli. Not to mention a rotting smell that flavored the shop. However, Gage only flicked his ear for Taylor to follow as he limped forward, avoiding pieces of broken glass or sharp objects on the floor. He started to make his way to a rusty iron door at the very back wall, which had another unusual but pleasant smell coming from it. He pushed open the door with his snout to be greeted by a flowing stream of cool air, to type of air that came from a freezer. And inside, there was a large freezer. In a large silver box in the middle of the small room, stood an open freezer, it's top opened to let the cool air out. The pale light that came from the windows reflected off the ice inside, and Gage wagged his tail as he went forward.

She enjoyed the company, but she wouldn't let it show, she didn't trust him, nor did she trust herself with him. She constantly screwed things up, that was another reason for her behavior. Act like you're not there and you can't be hurt of hurt someone. She was quiet for what seemed like hours but was only a few minutes before she finally opened her maw, closing back into her shell in the process. "So, why exactly did you come talk to me again? I can't see you talking to someone like me, it's like we're polar opposites from what I've seen. I don't socialize, but yet you're still dead on talking to me?" She questioned him next, her brown eyes searching his for some sort of flaw in the reason he was still sticking around but she saw none.

natasha knew he was still there. his voice was not soothing. though she lay still, the only audible noise or movement was her labored breathing. her tongue fell out of her mouth as she began to pant, waiting for him to drag her out and beat her. he was most likely one of esthers friends coming to get her out and take her back. she didn't want them to kill her. she was deeply saddened by the fact that she had disobeyed esther and was heavily afraid of anything that might happen as a consequence. though she would rather have him beat her than this male do the same.

she didn't care what he said. she just wanted him to leave and she would wait him out until she starved. flicking her ears back she began to wonder if that was a good idea or not. looking ahead of her she saw an opening. maybe if she ran? she shook her head she needed to think just a bit more on what she should do.
