Max got Lucian's message and heard Sarah talking. He continued to struggle to wake up with no luck.

sarah- i looked away from max and wiped my tears "dont worry....when lucian gets here he will help..like always and this time i wont stay....i cant stand to hurt you anymore...."i let go of his hand and started to get up

I smile and jump over him. I hold Lizzie in my arms with my hand around her neck. "Come any closer and I will snap her neck."

I slowly wake up with the smell of blood. My eyes turn red and I freak out from what Bella is doing. I try to speak but my voice box must be damaged.

Max whimpered and finally managed to open his eyes. He was still breathing heavily and was extremely feverish. His eyes were lifeless "Lucian...Lizzie...in...in trouble" me said in almost a whisper. He sat up weakly before trying to stand but collapsed. Sweat dripped off his face and he grit his teeth "I...I have to help them..." He started crawling to the door but couldn't even crawl a foot without collapsing.
