Just so I don't lose this.

As he took the last bite of his eggs and bread (no tomato for him, he hates the fruit-vegetable-thing) he looked over at RJ. She was offering a young-looking girl a bowl of food. He smirked. Of course, Rose would be the nice guy and tend to the weak. Since she was busy, though, he walked over to the fire and stood beside Trisa. He didn't know the girl well, but then again, he didn't know anyone here well. He thought of making conversation with her, but he didn't know what he would say. So he just stood there, awkwardly waiting. No expression.

My posts are so beautiful tonight xD I promise one day they will be longer.

"Thank-you," Xylina repeated taking another miniscule bite of the bread. She didn't dare finish it, in case someone else would need it more than her. She was pretty small anyway, she didn't need to eat that much. Still, she would continue taking those tiny bites until RJ left. She respected the young soldier, though she was no president, RJ showed a sort of weakness that made her human. Xylina didn't know the red-headed girl personally, but she's heard many stories passed around the camp and in her home when she lived with her family. That isn't surprising, since she blew something up with that one boy...

((Crappy post is crappy, I'm on my phone...in class xD))

Chris stopped mid-step, almost tripping over his large feet, to look at Quinn. He nodded slightly and looked towards where she was pointing. "I knew someone was watching us." He stated as if it didn't matter that they were being watched. He stared at the blond boy for a second longer. Something about him was very familiar. "Should we talk to him?" He asked, before realizing he had been holding her hand too long. He freed it from his clutches immediately, and held his own hands behind his back. "Uhm, confront him, maybe?" He was more or less looking forward to a quality meal and perhaps even a tad bit of alone time to figure this girl out. She could become a friend, or an enemy and it would be best to figure that out now, though he saw no immediate danger from anyone in the surrounding area, it was good to know these things.

"No, but lets keep an eye on him for the time being." she said, before choosing a table discreetly placed in a corner, where they could look out but no one could come up behind them. She hadn't even noticed Chris had held onto her hand, so she was startled slightly when he pulled away, and looked down at her palms, wondering if her had felt the hard scars from where she had burned sigils into her hands. It tended to gross people out a bit, and she wouldn't blame him if that was the reason. Maybe she should've worn gloves, the shawl nicely covered the tattoo on her back but the hands might be a bit of a giveaway, and although people in Jamestown were generally less likely to be nasty about that sort of thing she wasn't keen on running around advertising the fact she could raise dead people.

Nodding, the tall boy walked over to the table and pulled out a chair for Quinn to sit in. Who said chivalry was dead? He thought cleverly before focusing on Quinn's face. He narrowed his eyes for a moment catching an emotion he hadn't felt from her yet. Which isn't surprising considering they just met. He furrowed his brows and gave the slightest shake of his head. "It's fine." He didn't know exactly what she was thinking but he could tell something was going on in that pretty little head of hers.
He took his own seat on the other side of the table and drummed his fingers against the surface, unsure of what to do next. This was still his first time eating out in a public place, at an actual table. Did someone just bring them food? Did he ask someone? Are there, like, menus somewhere?

::Rose Jane Tyler:: 16 :: Single :: Mesmer :: Rebel Camp ::
Someone began passing around the serving dishes for breakfast. It smelled delicious. Eggs, tomatoes, and two loafs of bread floated through the growing group of rebels. The word must have been spreading about the fresh meal options because even those on night watch were awake to eat. The rebels seemed to understand they were sharing with others because everyone, including RJ, took only a small serving: A piece of the bread, a spoonful of egg, and half a tomato. Most of the rebels were skinny but that didn't seem to matter to them.

To her right, a taller brunette, (Tessa) returned with more stitching supplies. It reminded her of the tear in her windbreaker. "Hmm, maybe I should get that fixed," she mumbled aloud between bites of tomato. Noticing her stack of clothing to mend, she decided she didn't want to bother the girl. It seemed everyone else wanted their clothes fixed. To bad, RJ didn't know the first thing about sewing.

(By the way, her name is Trisa... just to let you know :) I'm good with interacting with anybody (@ Phantom and countrygal), but I won't be able to rp until half an hour from now, need to make lunch for my sister and family.)

Quinn Leon l 18 l Necromancer l Jamestown

Seating herself in the chair with a smile at the boy, she propped her elbows up on the table and rested her head in her palm. Quinn noticed his furrowed brows, and wanted to ask what that was about, but decided against it. Flagging down a waiter, she got them both menus, before flipping hers open. "I would suggest the coffee, of course, but the tea is fine if you're not a caffeine person." she suggested, trying to keep the conversation light and as far away from personal topics as possible. "Although I can't say the croissants are terrible either." she added, shutting the menu and placing it back on the table.

Trisa Kallen - age 18 - Rebel Camp - Shifter

Trisa concentrated on her sewing and ignored the crowd gathering around the fire. She had eaten earlier, and had been glad to do so once she discovered that the breakfast was actually one of the rare, good ones. They always drew the largest crowd. She had also risen early to finish the day's sewing early, in order to have time to take a walk through the woods. If the weather would be anything like it was yesterday, she didn't want to waste it.
She folded the leather jacket up, now mended, and placed it on the steadily growing pile of finished garments. She was just about to reach for the next one when she was startled to notice a person standing next to her. He, or at least, it sounded like a man, was hardly moving and wasn't speaking, so she couldn't tell who it was. "Hello?" she said, face tilted in that exact angle that tells someone who she was speaking to, without letting them see her blind, pale eyes.

The boy looked at Trisa before looking away and squinting. "Hi." He said after a long pause. He thought about Rose giving that young girl food and wondered if he should help this girl too. Though, he was sure she was quite capable of handling herself. "Have you had anything to eat yet?" He asked in that monotone voice he thought was friendly.

19 | Empath | Christopher Storms| In Jamestown

"Uuuhm..." The boy stuttered as he opened the menu of food. He knew what everything was, he didn't know how it all tasted though. He let out another 'thinking noise' as he read the menu a second time, while still listening to Quinn. "You know what?" He said with a powerful as he shut the menu. "I'll have whatever you're having. As long as this can pay for it." He said throwing down a few coins onto the table with a cheesy smile.

Sorry my posts are short, I just found a dog and i'm trying to take care of him. <3

Trisa smiled, then replied, "Yes, I ate early. Wanted to keep clear of the crowd." She picked up the next item of clothing, this time a pair of jeans, and added, "If you've got anything that need mending, I'll be here for the next half-hour or so." She was a little confused why his voice sounded so flat, but shrugged it off. Maybe he didn't really want to talk, and was only doing so to seem polite. She couldn't tell with just the one sentence, though.

Oscar nodded. "That's good." He gave her a crooked smile, before shaking his head at the next sentence. "I think my stuff is good," he said looking down at his tattered clothes. He didn't mind the look, there was nothing to be ashamed of. If anything it made him like nicer...or meaner which were both good traits for his cause. Besides, he didn't want to give the girl more work. The girl who's name he didn't even know. "What do they call you?" He asked, looking at her with curious blue eyes.

Holding in a chuckle at the strange noises her dining partner was making, she couldn't help but to smile. 'Well, I'll just have a coffee then." she said, not wanting to use up all the boy's money, she wasn't that terrible of a person. "So, are you from around here?" Quinn asked, as she didn't see their waiter anywhere nearby, and didn't want to sit in uncomfortable silence. Hence a basic conversation starter, perhaps not completely harmless though. She was interested in whether this Christopher was allied with the king or not, but you don't really ask questions like that out loud.
