Cleo's heart gave out to the anxious parents Nightmare and Shatter, but quickly pushed her feelings to the side.
"Because of Thunder and Blaze's betrayal, Moonclan now know of our plan, but we will not go defeated! We will go in search of our mother Mace, who will also brin her family," Cleo started.
"We know what you're thinking 'how can a couple more cats help us go against the clans?' well, they can't. Our mother Mace..." False turned to her sister before they finished in unison,
"Is a fox."

Blood was about to say: "How can a fox bore two cats!?" but he forced himself to keep silent.

Shatter stood. "I am looking forward to this raid, for this is how I'll get my kits back!" She meowed.

"Settle down, she isn't our birth mother. We were abandoned as kits, and when she found us, instead of killing us, she raised us so that we could destroy the clans. The clans took away her own kits moons ago, slicing their necks when they were found. They weren't even on clan territory either! So, to make up for her dead kits, who were so cruely slaughtered by the clancats, she showed mercy on us, and took us in," Cleo explained, love filling her eyes at the thought of her adoptive mother.
"Shatter, we will try and get your kits back before the raid, since the foxes won't be able to tell the difference between clan kit and rogue kit," False replied to Shatter, "But knowing the clans, it would be a miracle if they hadn't already slaughtered your poor defenseless kits,"

Shatter dipped her head. "I'll do whatever it takes to get them back." She mewed. "The Clans will perish if they've harmed my kits, I'll promise you that!" Shatter hissed in triumph. "But how do we get them back?"

"You simply go over and ask, make it look like you aren't a threat. If they refuse, tell them that you will come back with an army ready to kill any cat that stands between you and your kits," False replied.
"But remember, only threaten, after they've declined, and after you persist on having your kits," Cleo added, "And Nightmare, she will have to go alone. She needs the clans to think that she is a lost loner looking for her kits, without any backup,"

"O-okay.." He sighed, quietly.

Shatter nodded. "I will go now." She padded out of the cave, casting a glance at Nightmare. She bounded up towards Clan territory. She took a deep breath. It was now or never.
