Did some searching, I couldn't find anything about trading off-site. I suggest you talk to one of that site's moderators, they would most likely know the answer.

There are two sets of rules on Tygras that say different things about offsite trading, so I consulted a Tygras admin, and they said one of the rules pages was out of date and the rules had changed so trading items and tygras is now allowed.

Unfortunately the "new" rules page can only be seen if you're logged in to Tygras so I can't post a link here because you would just be directed to the login page.

Am I allowed to like get CS pets for an Instagram account? It was a fandom account, so no personal information would be seen or is even available. The password would be PMed. I didn't see that in the banned, but I'm just making sure.

Confirming Tygras. They are indeed different when you log in. After login, terms read-

"4. Trading site for site currencies and accounts is OK, as long as the other site allows it. This also includes items, tygras, original artwork, or any other virtual goods.:
