Ability wrote:Cryokinesis: Evan is able to control ice. Due to this power, she isn't sensitive to the cold like many others are, and is immune to her own powers effecting her. With practice, she is able to freeze things in their track, living or non-living, and basically do anything you'd expect someone to control ice would, with the major exception of freezing time. While, admittedly, that would be awesome, it's simply not in her power set. Ever seen Frozen? The Incredibles? Elsa and Frozone should give you a good idea of what she can do, except on a less drastic scale. Obviously, there are some weaknesses to this power. Her icy-creations can be melted the way any normal ice would, however she can simply keep icing it over if need be. Regardless, it is more difficult to freeze things in an extremely arid environment (such as a desert) where there isn't a lot of water in the air, it can be done, but it requires a large amount of energy, and she would risk tiring herself out. Another weakness of it is that it is hard to control when her emotions are so high that she can't handle them. If she can't handle her emotions, she can't handle her powers. Any sort of power that can control heat or fire is incredibly strong against her, and her powers can be rendered useless quite easily if the other person is strong enough.
About You wrote:Personality:
Rude | Blunt | Cold-hearted | Mean-spirited | Sneaky | Risky | Superiority Complex
Evan is, in truth, very rude, and generally not a good person to be around if you only glance at her bad traits. She knows how to get out of situations, and is very sly when finding ways to get what she wants. Being a very blunt person, you'll never find her sugar-coating anything, and she'll tell you what she really things right then and there, and won't spare a word of detail. Often, she voices her opinions even when not asked, as she can be very mean-spirited and will do almost anything to crush the moral of those she dislikes. Even if she doesn't dislike them, she still would find herself making snide and sarcastic comments simply because she is amused at how people react to them. In all truth, she may not even be meaning to be mean, but will not regret her decision unless it tumbles into something much more serious.
A natural risk taker, she's willing to go the extra mile to get what she wants, confident that she will succeed. Thinking of herself better then others, Evan has no time for people to be complaining about things when there are more important things to do, and often, the most important thing is her. She demands attention, even if not commanding it directly. Not one for friends, she particularly enjoys enemies, as she finds them quite entertaining, however trivial and pointless in the end. She often gets bored, trying riskier, and some may say dumber, things to keep herself occupied. It's not unheard of for her to do something, well, not entirely legal, and if you have something valuable, you can bet that sooner or later, her eyes are going to be set on it.
Often, Evan will disregard others' opinions as not being important, and always takes hers into first consideration when making decisions. She's not easily impressed, and doesn't give out respect to anyone unless they directly prove themselves what she considers worthy to her, regardless of how well-known or well-liked they are with others. However, if one does manage to earn her respect, she won't hesitate to fight for them. Being very defensive, she will protect those who she believes deserves to be protected. Despite it not being her place to judge who deserves what, she still puts it upon herself. She is also incredibly bitter, and can hold a grudge for years. Evan will never be the one to apologize first, and will often give people the cold shoulder; sometimes literally.
Another thing is that she's not afraid to get into a fight, and will do whatever she deems necessary to win, as while she is a courteous winner, she is an extremely sore loser.
Gentle | Careful | Truthful | Aware | Intelligent | Conscience | Fair ; Just | Serene
Despite all of the above, she is very gentle about things. While she may be blunt or rude, she knows when she has to go about things sensitively. She may seem even kind, however she does choose her words very carefully. Although, she does have her moments when she is actually being kind, and despite everything, can be incredibly warm-hearted. One may call it bipolar, but she views it as simply knowing what kind of approaches work, and what kind of people deserve kindness. With being blunt, she is also truthful. Evan finds it difficult to tell lies unless she thinks about them before hand, and with a lot of situations she finds herself in, she's unable to do so. Little white lies, just like everyone tells, she is perfectly fine with, however when it comes to much bigger stuff... Not so much. She finds it distasteful when others lie simply because they can, and not when needed.
Counteracting her risky nature, she is also very careful. She'll be sure she thinks about it, and weighs the pros and cons before doing something considered risky. If she decides that the pros outweigh the cons, she'll go for it. However, she is usually perfectly aware of how the outcome may effect others. Speaking of aware, she finds that she knows well enough what is happening around her, and doesn't usually miss anything. Incredibly perceptive, she can catch little things that other people miss, or would hope that they would miss. She is also aware of he environment, and again is willing to do what it takes for her to survive.
Being a very intelligent individual, she finds that some situations should be easy to get out of when others are struggling, and will often get irritated. However, she finds that her intelligence is most useful when aiding her. She does have a conscience, and a pretty big one. It effects a lot of the things she does, and she constantly battles with it. Guilt weighs on her like bricks, and while she eventually sheds it away, while it's there, it can be crippling. She has come to terms with the guilt of certain things, and it makes what she does much easier. Because of this, she seems very serene, almost blissful, when not yelling.
Another thing many do not expect from her is that she is very fair and just. She believes in equality for many things, and will not flinch to serve out justice where it is needed, unless, however, it is her own actions.

Running a hand over her buzz-cut, Hannah-Nora realized that she was probably the best thing that had ever happened to Worther Beach: not only was she devastatingly beautiful, had true grit, was the #1 chick to save these helpless babies, and made the angels weep… but somehow, everyone who had some sort of pain, some sort of fight left in them, levitated to her. And this, my friends, is what makes an army and a general.
Hannah-Nora’s shoes burst into dim colors of light with every hard step she took. Glancing at Kyle, she smiled. He still had the Muscle Milk. “Mon,” she sighed, as if he was beginning to exasperate her. This was untrue, because besides looking in the mirror, there were no other kids her age that actually had any intellect. “You gotta undastand. I am da officer of da army and I call da shots.” She mimed holding and pistol and pulling the trigger, stumbling back from the force. Then she smiled, revealing dangerous white pearls that, if close enough, would pretty much bite anything. The little Jamaican girl turned to Kevon. “Mon. You stink. From here, just this enclosing distance, you reek. Do you even eva take a shower? No. Good. ‘Cause I haven’t tooken a shower in eda! Not since my mada and fada left da FAYZ, and I am so relieved of dat, too, ‘cause dey were just annoying: ‘Hannah-Nora, do dat,’ ‘Hannah-Nora, do dis!’ It just ruins ya foreva, all of dat pushing ‘round!” She sighed, leaning back on the balls of her feet as her mind rambled on in the past. “Den I finally had enough and I ate bod of my parents.” She stroked Lucy’s shimmering scales lovingly. Had Hannah-Nora really eaten her parents? Well. If you knew Hannah-Nora, everything was in the realm of possibility…
Seeing the SUVs and the group of teenagers in the distance, her eyes grew wide as she realized she was left exposed in the sun. She fell to her stomach and began doing a concentrated army crawl toward the group. “Ya don’t get on da ground, mon,” she warned Kyle. “Whad if my milk gots dirt in it? Ya just follow behind me.” And with that, the little girl began to creep up on the group of delinquents… all while a smug six-foot boy—who was pretty darn hard to miss in a crowd, much less in the open—and a confused boy—although not very tall, but having a unique sense of placement in this so-called “war”—trailed behind.THE PICKED ON█

The tension building in his shoulders finally released its painful grip on him—but not entirely. This girl, this pretty blonde girl, was attempting to make conversation with him. Not only was Wes a quiet, misunderstood boy, but was he bad at conversation! This small intervention caused a whirlwind of panic to overcome him. Sweat broke out on his palms. Embarrassed, Wes looked down. “I…” He stuttered. “I’m Wes.” He switched his jacket and the yellow and red tie to the other arm and reached out a shaky hand, all while keeping his eyes adverted. And on instinct, feeling so inferior to others, so vulnerable to their criticism, glanced at the jacket and tie—both of which had the emblem of Coates academy on them. Clearly she was a Townie, because he had never seen her at the sight. If he had, he could tell that this girl would have already met him. There was something cool and collected about her eyes that made it hard to believe that anybody would dare talk to him: the outcast. The fat kid.
He wet his lips hesitantly. “I’m from Coates… which you already know, huh?” He shifted uncomfortably under her gaze. Although it wasn’t scrutinizing or pin-pointing, he still felt very secluded from the world. Which made it harder, having been set off to the side for so long, to socialize with others—it suddenly became clear as noonday that he had no idea how small-talk worked. The brunette’s cherry-red lips twisted into a awkwardness. “How do you pronounce your name?”
