Her charm is one of those Hoopla hoops you try throw on the poles to win a prize as she's a fair girl through and through, with a particular affinity for the Hoopla stall.
It also represents her love of swimming, as it could also been seen as one of those rings you throw in the water and you have to dive after.

I'd love to role play Casper or Miyako and Puella some time?
Maybe Casper would be better, though, because she's realllyyy loud and quite over confident, just about the opposite from your little Miyako
