So he dies... can't say I never saw that coming.
Sorry, I forgot about relatively new people on here. I thought everyone had watched it, sorry! At least I didn't give away the main spoiler, I guess.
How I love Death Note... I need to read the manga. Why do all my favourite characters die though? And the ones I don't like end up getting/becoming something great?

*Pokes sig* I like Alphonse BECAUSE he's doomed. X3 He doesn't die, but still. Granted, he got stupid in the last nine episodes of 2003, but he was adorable in Conqueror of Shamballa, even though most of the stuff that happened to him there didn't make sense.

A question to the masses: Would you guys consider FMA bloody?
Well, while it's not too bad overall, there are a few very bloody parts, such as in the penultimate episode of 2003 where someone (not going to spoil who) gets (in small letters in case anyone here is faint-hearted) impaled through the chest and dies. There's also that very, um, red sequence in episode 2 of Brotherhood...
Just as an honest question Nitro, how many Shounen anime have you seen roughly?

If that's all you've seen, I'm not surprised that you'd think FMA is bloody. Go ahead and watch Attack on Titan, and you'll understand a little more about "bloody" anime.

Although even SnK isn't horrible.

THIS! I feel you...My favorites are always the FIRST to die...besides the main character(s) of course...I find it annoying...This one girl was seen in TWO EPISODES of Fate/Zero...and then died. Ugh...I nearly cried in Study Hall xD

I have a friend IRL who got me into FMA and he also likes Attack on Titan.
(By the way, on the anime and manga list, on the FMA section could you change "Ao no Exorcist" to "Blue Exorcist"? Using only English names if they exist just makes things easier.)

Oh okay. Japanese names are so ingrained into my mind, I can't think of them any other way other than in Japanese. ^^" You may have to correct me more than once on that because it's not even something I consciously think about....
