The heavily pregnant queen heaved herself out of her nest, ignoring the bits of fur sticking out on her pelt. Her cold green eyes wandered over the camp, burning into the pelts of the wakening clan. Yawning, she swiped her tongue over her muzzle, padding over to the fresh kill pile, she gently pulled out a vole. Padding over to a sunny patch beside the nursery, the queen lay down and to tuck into her vole.

Springheart purred in laughter and grabbed his tail gently with two paws, looking for thorns. "Oh, so that's the case, you sure you didn't bring them in with you?" He suggested, grabbing a thron in his teeth and pulling it out gently.

Fadingbell hung her head as she walked out into camp, maybe she'd find Fireblaze and ask to go on a morning patrol or something, or she could help with the queens, Gorsethroat looked about ready to be done with the world so she went to check on her.

She looked over and saw her deputy staring. She dipped her head before looking around camp once more.

Blossompaw was relaxing in her den when she heard Iceweed talking to Springheart. Blossompaw jumped to her paws and trotted towards the large white tom. "Hi Iceweed!"She greeted. Apparently he had thorns in his fur, she giggled silently at the thought of who could've put the large thorns in the Tom's den. Maybe one of the other apprentices, or maybe even another warrior! She regained her focus and started trying to remember how to get rid of them again.

With a large content sigh, Stormsong returned from a small hunt he had been on when the day was still very young. He knew that prey would not be too alert when they had just woken up too and had caught a trush and a large plump mouse. Contently he dropped them on the prey pile, he wasn't very hungry so he sat down and had a small rest.

Springheart let out a chuckle. "Blossom paw could you get me some wet moss?" He asked, looking back at Iceweed. "Naw it shouldn't, unless there's a thorn in your paw." He mewed, pulling another thorn out for him.

Tinypaw ended up bumping into Fireblaze and she skittered back. "What are we doing today?" She asked, bouncing a little to look taller.

Blossompaw nodded with a grin at Iceweed and nodded again at Springheart. She padded to the back of then den. She looked at the different herbs, and eventually localised the wet moss. She grabbed some and then happily trotted back towards the den and softly dropped the moss at Springhearts paws. "Here you go!" She said with pride, even though reconising the right herbs was somethings she could do when she was only 10 moons old.
