I looked down at Jacksawpaw the nuzzled him gently.

[Froststream]

Snowpelt gasped at the apprentice in the clearing
"He was so young." She muttered under her breath. "May StarClan light your path, Jackdawpaw."
She licked his muzzle and stepped back.

[ghostlyhamlet]

"He won't wake up." Firefly choked out as he set the apprentice down. "Let all cats of ThunderClan gather out into the.middle of camp." Firefly yowled, he felt uncomfurtable using the leaders call since he wasn't leader yet.

"But why won't he wake up?" I mewed

ashpaw was sitting outside of the apprentices den silently. She saw the deputy, firefly, drag in the body of one of her fellow friends. She padded over to them and looked at Jackdawpaw and tears welled up in her eyes. The cat looked at Firefly then down at her paws

"Because…… he's dead Poppykit. He's in StarClan now." Firefly mewed, he then was about o cry when he said this. "A member of ThunderClan did this." He said to the clan.

Flamepaw spotted the body of one of her denmates and resisted the urge to cry out. Slowly, she padded over, and looked down at the body, holding back tears. "Imagine it like a really deep, peaceful sleep, Poppykit." She managed a small smile, then gently nudged the kit. "Do you want to go to the nursery during the meeting? It'd be more fun than this." She meowed quietly.

Firefly looked at Flamepaw. "No, she needs to here this." He then cleared his throat and looked at the cats. "We can't afford a killer among us. So we will have to vote to send a cat out of ThunderClan."

"Will Jackdawpaw be happy in starclan?" I asked sadly.

Firefly gave a weak smile to Poppykit. "He will be sad to leave us, but happy to be in StarClan." He looked down at his paws. "We need to start the voting." He mewed loudly yo his clan.
