He sniffed the air and scented another cat, his claws unsheathed though his gaze remained calm and steady. He quietly started towards Ash, peering through the bushes to see the cat who was about the age of an apprentice

Ash was curled up in a tight ball, his side heaving up and down as his breathing was quiet. The ash grey tom was staring out at the lake as his tail slightly flickered. "I know you're there, so come on out."Ash spoke calmly as he looked to where Mintleaf was.

Perhaps I could give you an escort away from here? There is a stretch of land similar to this strung across the lake, if you would like then I could lead you to a place like this."
