describe your favourite anime/manga without mentioning the core premise
[akuma no riddle] a class full of angry lesbian assassins.
[tamako market] mochi. that's it.

The name "Edward". I'm doing about 1066 in History currently and all I can think of is Fullmetal Alchemist because I keep hearing that name.
Well, let me try to do a premise-less description of Fullmetal Alchemist again...
An anime with that much blood and religious themes should not be this good.
On this very website, there's a thread that lists various books, and users can post a form to get a book added to the list. Anyone want to help me make an anime & manga version? I can make the actual thread, but I'm not good at updating very long posts. I'll PM anyone who's interested.

Greetings, citizens of the internet! You can call me
Nitro Indigo, and I want to be identified by what I
do, not what I am. I like Pokémon, The Legend of Zelda, Klonoa, among other things. I also have
a YouTube channel.

I wouldn't mind helping with something like that.

It would be nice to have a list of anime with a brief summary, number of episodes, and a list of tags attached. You could also add a list of a couple anime similar to the one mentioned.
Maybe something like this?

Vash the Stampede is a wanted man with a habit of turning entire frontier towns into rubble. The price on his head is a fortune, and his path of destruction reaches across the arid wastelands of a desert planet. Unfortunately, most encounters with the spiky-haired gunslinger don’t end well for the bounty hunters who catch up with him; someone almost always gets hurt – and it’s never Vash. Oddly enough, for such an infamous fugitive, there’s no proof that he’s ever taken a life. In fact, he’s a pacifist with a doughnut obsession who’s more doofus than desperado. There’s a whole lot more to him than his reputation lets on – Vash the Stampede definitely ain’t your typical outlaw.

Yeah, I think it's a good idea to add them too. Instead of episodes, you'd just have number of chapters/volumes.
Probably what you'll want to do is make an anime section composed of maybe 2-3 posts. (A-H;I-R;S-Z) And then have manga in a different section composed of the same number of posts. In the first post, you could just have a link to the individual sections.

Let us also keep in mind though, that more often than not, mangas are
vastly different than anime, to the point that the summary for the manga and anime would be entirely different. In that case, I think it's fair to have the title listed more than once. There are also anime that have no manga adaption and manga without an anime. Therefore, if you do mix the two, it needs to be very, very obvious what is manga, what is anime, and what is both.

So maybe you could split up Fullmetal Alchemist... they have basically the same plot summaries though... ahh this is complicated. >_< Maybe you could colour-code chapter/episode numbers?
