the timer is a bit off because i tried shading but ultimately decided that i wasnt going to shade it. i wanna animate this, but have no means of doing so.. does anyone know of any good pictures-to-gif websites?

but i have a problem, its layering the images on top of each other rather than playing them as individual frames, if that makes sense. how would i fix that..?
