There was another barrage of shurikens raining down as Jaired was cutting the net. "Your moves are restraint in the net. And besides, do you know how many strings you cut with those little needle of yours? You can't use your yari in the net, but you'll need both hands if you want to survive that," he said, pointing at the shurikens and kunai knives raining down on Jaired. He violently tugged on the yari once more.

Jaired kept his grip on the yari, despite the raining weapons. Suddenly the raining weapons were scattered all around, and some fell off the roof. Gale stood near the net, a dark green aura blazing around him. " Alright, Jaired you've had your fun. Now get out of the net so i can have my turn." Gale cast a venomous glance at both of them as he sliced through the net with his etheral sword. He put a hand on the yari as he gave jaired a mighty kick away, so that horatio didn't get it. " I hope you don't mind i use your ranged weapon, since i find myself short of them." Gale mutterd, casting a glare at horatio. Jaired shrugged, " Next time warn a guy before you do that, i thought horatio was about to stab me to death. And make sure to save some for me."

"There is no need," Horatio replied and suddenly, in a flash he was gone, his body disappearing. Horatio landed on the Holy Grounds Castle, nimbly leaping onto his feet. His plan had worked. I told you your blade would never touch me, Jaired.
You cowards need 2 to fight 1. You really are idiots. I've observed everything you've done and yet you know so little about me.
I've used traps and hardly any techniques. Naive fools. If you know your enemy, you've already defeated them without a blade.

Gale was silent for a moment, and then a raging green aura whirled around him, destroying most of the roof. " NO! NO! I REFUSE IT! NO. That blasted, incompetent coward! " Gale throgh his hands up in a rage and grabbed jaired who eventually fell unconcious from the kick gale had gave him in the gut. " He slapped him multiple times, brutally. " Jaired, wake your lazy-*** up. It was becuase you wasn't smart or strong enough to utterly crush horatio yet. No, neither of us are.. Yet. We're going on a training expedition. Foreget the Lance, we'll get it back after we stomp horatio down in the dirt with my steel toed boots. For now, we foxus on getting stronger. Horatio can booby trap the world for all i care. Im getting revenge. YOU HER ME HORATIO!?" Gale picked up jaired and trekked across the town into the next wild area, and began his expedition.

Jaired " Genisis" Gagen

Jaired and gale trekked across a desert-like path, brown cloaks over ttheir bodies to disguise their identities. Through-out the time since horatio disappeared, gale and jaired had been attacked more and more by other samurais, much to their “ When do we switch to this so called...Plan B?” Jaired asked, taking a guzzle of water. Gale sighed, “Your right. It’s becoming increasingly hard to get any rest without have to slaughter a group of samurais trying to kill me. And they call knights barbaric.” Jaired nodded, “ Least we’re getting stronger at-least. But seriously, when?” Gale thought for a bit, “ We can start now actually. And I hope you don’t mind, but I’m keeping your yari spear, it should pay big bucks in Oshu.” Gale disappeared, much to Jaireds dismay. “Great. Just great. He took my ranged weapon. Perfect. Just, perfect.” Jaired continued on, xion now to big to lay on his shoulder, hung off of it instead, like a pair of eyes behind Jaired. “Look, the next town!” Jaired hurried over to the town, looking for a shop or black-smith. “ We just have to re-stock on weapons. We should have enough money after we beat that one rich guy a-while back.” Jaired walked into a black-smith shop. “ Hello? Im looking to buy the regular. And maybe a long-ranged weapon or something.” The black-smith nodded, “ Ranged-weapon eh? We have a javelin, smuggled from oshu. No? Okay, we also have what I like to call the Phoenix bow, hand-crafted steel bow with iron string and wire. With some pretty cool enchantments and decorations for spice. “ Jaired thought for a bit, “ And how much does it cost?” The black-smith pointed to the label, ‘ 1,000 tokens.’ Jaired nodded, “I’ll take it then. I have around a few that amount. Oh, and with the money left over, I’d like to buy some chest armor, go along with my gauntlets. Because y’know, I got to stay stylish.” The smith tossed jaired a pair of reddish-silver armor with the same sign on it as his sword and gauntlets. “ I believe that’s what you ordered a while back?” He nodded and Jaired walked out of the black-smith shop, putting his new bow and arrows over his back, and shoving the shurikens, kunai and senbons in his weapon pouch. “Alright! We’re ready to head out again xion. We can get ready on plan b later tonight.” And with that, he headed out of the 11th town.

Gale " Aegis" Gagen


Gale and his hell hound, Kyuubi walked along a brick path, having just came from Hoken. “All we gotta do is sell this **** Spear…” It seemed he was near once of those large towns he heard of, noting that there must be if he’s walking on a brick path. “Oh, there’s one up-ahead.” They ran ahead, entering the town right before the entering gate closed for the night. “ Ahg, gotta find it before the shops shut down! “ Gale ran all through-out the town in a bit of a calm panic, until he found one forge that hadn’t closed. “Excuse me?! Im looking to trade this Spear in for something, or sell it.” Gale had picked up his wind-lance in the 5th town, now that he was in the 12th, he as sure he could find a much better lance. The black smith looked like the stero-typical smith, a large hammer in his large burly hands. “Quick question, are you a NPC?” The black-smith gave a hearty laugh, “ Ohohohoh, no boy-o im not. I may just look familiar because I and my brothers are the black-smiths through-out RRO. Anyway, I’m sure we could find something of high-value to trade for that, spear. “As he examine his walls lined with weapons, he asked, “How’d you get it anyway..? “ Gale shrugged, “I killed a player who smuggled it from hoken and took it.” The smith gave another hearty laugh, “ Well done.” Gale nodded, “I’m looking for some armor as-well as a lance or something like that.” The smith lead him to another part of the shop, to a wall lined with lances of all types and the other lined with armor. “For that spear, ill trade you one of my highest value lances, but for armor, unless you have another hoken weapon, you’ll have to pay up.” Gale thought for a moment, and his eye was caught by a particularly big, white and silver lance with a dual-blade tip. The black smith noticed, “That’s Phantom Maelstrom, crafted from pure silver-platinum ore. With the tips of the spear being smelted diamond ore. For that, you may need to pay alongside the spear; it’s one of the highest quality you can get for towns and towns.” Gale frowned, “ You said I could pick any of your toughest lances in exchange for the spear, no pay needed. Now im taking it, and all your getting is the spear. Or else.” The black-smith knew he wouldn’t fair well against a hell hound and a knight like gale so he nodded. “Alright, whatever.” Gale grabbed the lance and tossed the spear to the smith. “Now then, all I need is some armor, something that’ll protect me from most attacks. I’m looking to spend around 3,000 tokens.” The smith nodded and pointed him towards a wall lined with middle class armor. “ 3,000 tokens isn’t enough for high level stuff, but you can get stuff that’s good enough.” Gale thought for a bit, “ It has to be tough but light as well, I invested a lot of training into my speed alone, I don’t want anything that’ll hinder that.” The smith picked up a set of light grey armor. “ The ace set. It was crafted from iron, and will cause most attacks to bounce off. But it doesn’t come with a helmet. And high-class swords and weapons like silver and platinum, like your own lance can still penetrate it with difficulty. Now know that because its still armor, it will weigh you down slightly, so take advise from an old man and train a bit with it on after you buy it, before you rush off into any tough battles. That way you can adjust you speed to it. And hey, after you’ve done that, once you take it off, you’ll find you’ll be that much faster.” Gale nodded and bought the set and walked out of the store, not bothering to stay at a hotel or resting place for the night and continued on out onto the next area, which seemed to be an open plains. “ Alright. Lets get to work on that plan b.”

He had chosen the area careful. In fact, he was on the second floor. He had thoroughly checked the inn before he made his reservation and number 16 was one of just four rooms that exactly met his demands. It was on the second floor, too high up to be reached from the street but low enough for him to jump out the window if he had to - after destroying the glass. There were other buildings around, but any form of surveillance would be difficult. When Horatio went to bed, he never closed the curtains. He liked to see out, to watch for any movement in the streets. Every town has a natural ryhthm, and any that breaks it - a man lingering on the corner or someone passing the same way twice - might warn him it was time to leave at once. He had made his way back to his room he had rented and stood before the Do Not Disturb sign he had put in front. Had it been obeyed? Horatio reached into his pants pocket and took out a small silver device, about the same size and shape as a pen. He pressed one end, covering the handle with a thin spray of diazafluoren - a simple chemical re-agent. Quickly, he spun the pen around and pressed the other end, activiating a flourescent light. There were no finger prints. If anyone had gone into the room since he left they had wiped the handle clean. He put it alway and knelt down and checked the bottom of the door. Earlier in the day he had placed a single hair across the crack. It was one of the oldest warning signals in the book, but that iddn't stop it from being effective. The hair was still in place.

It took him less than a minute to ascertain that everything was exactly as he had left it. His inro was 5.6 centimeters from the edge of the furnished ivory table. His jacket was slightly at a bent, 95 degree angle from the wall. There were no fingerprints on either of the locks. Nobody had been in. Many people would have found all these precautions annoying and time consuming but they were as much as part of his daily routine. Horatio was a very cautious and careful man; one mistake could lead to death. His room had been furnished and was luxiorous. It wasn't the most spacious, but it was good enough for him. He fell checked for any rumples in the bed cover, before lying down. He had removed his jacket, underneath was a sleeveless black shirt. His weapons and pouch had been placed back in his inventory.

It was time to get to work. He went to his desk, pulling the chair out and sitting on it. Carefully, he grabbed two capsoles, bood samples. He had been careful when retrieving them, taking it from weapons he had thrown at the two. Now, they were in two seperate capsoles. He injected a needle, taking a little amount of each and placing it on a slide, putting a cover slip on. Taking each, he placed them under an electron microscope, observing and examining each. Blood Type A+ huh? And genetics and DNA are matching up too. No doubt they are now. He turned off the microscope, retrieving the samples and cleaning the set up. His desk was empty by the time he was done.

The sun was setting, and the sky was darkening. Might as well grab a meal. He had been careful to prepare everything again, and then, excited his room. Horatio headed towards a stall, sitting down. He didn't want to each much today, so he ordered some rice balls , fresh salmon and makerel, and green tea. The sun was across the horizon now, and he enjoyed the view while eating under the shady canopy.

He finished sipping the last of his green tea, and left the table, not leaving a tip behind. It was his way. He wasn't the type to thank or help anyone. There were fireworks going out in the sky and players were crowding around the streets. There were banners around the town and torches lit up the whole area. It was the Grand Opening Festival and many players were out at stalls spending tokens to play games or grab a bite to eat. He flicked his hands and a token appeared on the tip of his fingers, spinning. He tossed and snatched it from the air.Can't miss out on the fun, today. It's been a long day today. He walked over to darts game.

Jaired sat by a fire, munching on a bit of mutten and bread. “ Its about time.” Jaired and xion were gone in a flash, in oshu. “ Alright, we’re here.” Gale stepped out of a tent, kyuubi by his side. “ You remember the plan right? Each night we teleport to each other’s respective worlds, and track down and kill any player we find. Including small guilds. That way, neither of us is spending too much time in the enemy world. And remember, no mercy.” Jaired shrugged, “Whatever. Can we get on with this already?” Gale looked at jaired seriously, “Hows your sneak skill? The skill that allows for you to hide in the most ridiculous places.” Jaired swiped open his profile, “ Not very high actually, I only started training it since we thought up this plan B thing.” Gale nodded, “ Whatever. Good enough. Tonight, we’re going to be assassinating the heart venom guild. Only the leaders wroth a challenge, their a small guild with medium good players.” Jaired sighed, “ Okay, can we get this over with? I haven’t logged out of the game in ages, and I need to sleep in real life.”
Gale motioned for jaired to fallow him, and they both slid on their cloaks. Sticking to the shadows in the dead on night . They arrived at the walls, signifying they made it to the camp. One by one, the grabbed and killed the guards silently, and scaled the walls up to the top floor where the leader slept. “Ha, the leaders logged out, we can kill him without making any noise now.” Jaired leaped in the room through an open window, a dagger in hand. He crept over to the bed where the leader slept and stabbed him with the dagger, the only sound he made being the slight sound the leader made as his body was exploded into polygonal shards. “ Heyy, free stat boost. Bore.ing.” Jaired sighed and signaled for gale to come in. Gale climbed in, raiding the leader’s room for al his things. “Alright, room secure, lets work out way down. And remember, be quite.” Jaired and gale stood behind the door and opened it. The leaders guards stepped inside, “Sir? Are you awake?” Jaired and gale stabbed them both with their katanas and worked their way down the small building, stealthing into every room, killing every player inside. “ Alright, I think every player dead.” They were alarmed by a scream from the balcony of the room they were in. “ AHH! Red players! “The knight leaped off the balcony, heading towards the forest. Jaired shot an arrow at their neck but missed due to the wind, only hitting their shoulder. “ Ahg! “ Jaired was held back by gale after he tried to run, “ Let them go, they didn’t look at us long enough to read our names. Besides, we’ve gotten enough stuff and boosts from this as is. ” Jaired nodded and they both excited the building , and jaired teleported back to hoken, while gale returned to his camp to continue his training.

Hikari took a deep breath, and grinned, running at the cow-goat mix. It had sharp hooves and horns, so she knew what to watch out for. She whipped her long blade out, aiming a blow at the creature's neck. Hikari then jumped back, waiting for the creature to make a move. When it started charging at her, she jumped over it, quickly slicing it a few more times, before landing on the other side. The beast exploded into virtual shards, leaving behind a couple of items. She picked them up. "Perfect! These are really low-skilled beasts, so they're easy to kill without getting hurt, or so I read." She said to Shion, putting the items in her inventory. "Now we need to just kill one more, and then maybe a plant creature, then I can buy the rest of the ingredients." Hikari said, nodding to herself.

When the girl came back with the ingredients, and told him they needed to kill another, he started looking around and quickly found another one standing at about fifty meters away. "My turn." he said, as he approached the creature and grabbed his sword. His energy was still low, but he felt good enough to take this one on. He did his best not to be noticed by it, and then went for a first strike. The beast began to run away, but Shion was quick enough to keep up with it so he could slice it some more. Eventually it took him much more slices to kill the animal than for Hikari. With the items left behind, he returned to the girl, and gave them to her.

Akemi watched Mitsuo as he took out one of the wolves that seem numerous on the plains; she had faced many of them while on her way towards the town they had left behind, and so when one targeted her, she took it out by moving elegantly to the side and slicing the head from the beast's shoulders.
Turning her blue gaze back to the other, she raised a brow at his smirk.

Mitsuo smiled and shrugged, quickly jumping towards another wolf. He quickly jumped around the creature in a star formation, his moving blade barely noticeable. When the samurai landed on the other side of the wolf, it exploded into shards, and he stood up slowly, yawning a bit, as if he were bored.

She said, before taking the items and putting them in her inventory. The oddly-dressed knight paused in front of a merchant's shop, and bought the remaining ingredients. Killing the beasts had given her enough money to do so. "Ahh, we'll need to go to an inn, I hope you don't mind." Hikari laughed, and began walking towards the inn.
