The overcast skies made the atmosphere just about as gloomy as her current situation. It was like Masami to be an early bird, which was why she currently sat in the library in the early hours of the morning. Being on the first floor she wouldn't be able to hear anyone awaken on the fourth, though she didn't particularly feel like chatting today. It had been around four months since they'd been confined in such a place, after a while the luxury of the building faded. Now it was only a prison for the ten of them. Masami wouldn't express the way she felt about their current situation, only because there were probably others who felt the same and they'd do it before she did. She let her mind wander to life back home, her brother's had been furious with their mother for sending her off. Knowing them that probably hadn't lifted, even now. Masami stood and closed the curtains so the bars on the windows and the saddening scene outside was obscured. Now in the darkness of the room she only read by the lamplight.

It was such a bore, being cooped up for so long. Though Natsumi didn't complain, it wasn't like they were in any danger here or that the place was uncomfortable. Therefore she found nothing to fret about. Being bored, though she disliked it, was not the most troubling worry at the moment. Those things, for lack of a better word, that were hunting them down seemed to be much more threatening than boredom. She had awoken not too long ago, which was indeed surprising. She had never liked waking up very early and tended to be one of the last ones, then there was the occasion such as this. It didn't seem like many of the others were up yet and she had made her way down to the kitchen and brewed a pot of tea. Now she found herself in the dining room, surrounded by large windows that looked out over the ominous setting outside. Though she didn't worry, she'd never been too afraid of storms.

Despite the cloudy sky, a thin ray of sunlight managed to enter through the barred windows of Keiichi's bedroom. It was the beginning of yet another day in this prison he moved into about four months ago. Keiichi quickly glanced at the clock hanging above his door. A little past seven o'clock. It was not unusual for the boy to be awake this early, in fact, he woke up around this time every single morning since he arrived at the mansion. With a sigh, he moved the blanket aside and crawled out of bed. He quickly brushed his hair, dressed himself in a white dress shirt and black pants, brushed his teeth in the bathroom nearby and then made his way to the first floor. When he was finally done walking down all those stairs, he entered the kitchen to make himself some coffee. A few minutes later, he walked into the dining room with his cup of coffee in his hands. It seemed he wasn't the first one to wake up; Natsumi was already sitting there. "Yo, Natsu! Good morning!" he greeted her with a big smile, as he put his cup down on the table and placed himself on the seat in front of the girl. "You're early today! Couldn't sleep?" he then asked her, as it wasn't like her at all to be up this early.

xxxxxImran grit his teeth hard as he writhed in the bed, unable to get even remotely comfortable. He missed his own bed. The boy sighed heavily, finally giving in and sitting up, yawning and rubbing his eyes. He smacked the bed sheets before getting up, pulling a shirt on over his head. He smoothed down his hair before slowly walking out of his room, glancing out and into the hall, briefly closing his eyes before walking down the steps and to the main floor, where he saw two other kids his age. He knew them as Keiichi, or Jupiter, and Natsumi, or Neptune. He looked away briefly, grumbling as he grabbed a cereal bar and sat down on the couch, eyes closing once more.

xxxxxImran yawned, covering his mouth before whining, falling onto his side. The couch was so much more comfortable than his bed. It was like sleeping on rocks in that room. He slowly opened the wrapper, laying on his back and eating it slowly, his mind drifting in and out of sleep as he did. He got probably an hour of sleep last night. Not sufficient enough for him at the least. He was going to be exhausted and cranky for the rest of the day, more than likely.

xxxxxIsis slept soundly throughout the night, despite the fact that she knew she was in foreign territory. She awoke later than nearly everyone else, the sounds going on in the mansion not disturbing her much at all. She stretched and yawned, leaning back against the headboard and sighing gently, rubbing her eyes tiredly. Isis got up and out of the bed, happily walking down the halls and down the stairs, stopping once in the kitchen. Isis looked around slowly, frowning slightly and narrowing her eyes. She could tell people were in here recently, she could hear their voices coming from the room next to her.

xxxxxxShe smelt tea, her eyes wandering around until she saw the archway that led to the dining room. She stopped herself from going in, instead staying in the kitchen, pulling out flour, eggs, milk, and along with other things that she could make pancakes with, the girl pausing before dragging out a large bowl, filling it with ingredients and mixing them together. She glanced over to the living room, seeing the Mars kid and just rolling her eyes as she leaned against the counter while stirring.

Kazuki Honoka
Opening her pale brown eyes, Honoka awoke to a room that is suppose to be her dorm in this jail like place. Just because her powers make her a bit different than that of normal, doesn't mean she can't function like any other. Though no one listens to her as she has been here for four months now. Honoka walked out the enclosed room and walked around. She hadn't gotten any time to really explore and meet anyone so now is a good time as any, maybe she could make a couple of friends. Yeah some friends that could understand me! Honoka smiled softly as she thought to herself Now where is a good place to find many people...the cafeteria! Soon Honoka was on her feet and started to lightly skip in the halls and after turning a few corners she realized she was right back to where she started, in front of her bedroom door. Realizing the so, Honoka then sighed "Okay now where is the Cafeteria area again? I wonder if anyone is nearby to know." Soon she had found herself looking for someone nearby in the halls, and entered a couple of rooms only to quickly get out realizing that she is now completely lost. This isn't the greatest way to start a morning. She thought with a sigh but her mood quickly brightened "I must not be the only person who is lost in this place! Maybe there is some staff or something guiding people!" Soon she started to look for someone again.

Akio Kazuhiko
Kazuhiko woke up suddenly from another nightmare, he was locked in a mansion like place due to his powers and him hurting people. He was locked up with people just like him in a government owned place. Sadly for Kazuhiko, that nightmare he has been having everynight since coming here was a reality and he is still unsure what to do. Normally he'd be happy-go-lucky or a bit annoying to people, but now he feels like he should just try and find someone to have a normal conversation with. Getting up from bed slowly, Kazuhiko exited the room and walked slowly in the halls feigning a small smile so he doesn't look like an isolationist. He continued until he saw a room not all that far from his own and upon entering he realized it's not just a room but one filled with books on shelves reaching to the ceiling, for a private building they have a decent library. It's been a while since I entered one so peaceful as this. Kazuhiko let that thought hum in his mind as he saw a few people there, one girl in particular caught his attention seeing the room was a bit darker than most made him wonder whether to talk to her but he attempted conversation anyways. With a small smile, Kazuhiko sat near her and waved lightly "Hello there!" He wondered if the other would respond.

xxxxxIsis sighed, pulling out a skillet and heating it up, pouring the mixed batter onto the pan. She loved to cook, mostly for herself. But there were ten of them, she had quadrupled the recipe. She wasn't known for helping and being nice to other's, but first impressions were something she sugared up. She made sure that people would never forget her. Isis hummed, making four medium sized circles with the batter, flipping them after they edges started to bubble. She moved to the fridge, looking through it before taking out four packages of sausage, cooking those on a separate pan while still working with the pancakes. She didn't bother with any bacon or eggs, as she knew the stove was a bit cluttered at the moment with everything else that she was cooking.

Soon she turned a couple more turns without finding anyone to guide her, Honoka saw the cafeteria finally! I guess everyone must be in there! I hope I am not late As she walked in, Honoka saw a person, a girl who appears to be cooking. That's so kind! She is cooking for everyone! Honoka walked over next to her and asked cheerfully "Mind if I help you any? You look like you have hands full." Honoka gave the other a soft smile.

In the dim room, now only lit by the few lights around her, Masami was pulled out of her thoughts by a voice. She looked up to spot the male trying to strike up a conversation with her. Book still in hand, opened to her page she quickly placed him as Akio or the Moon. "Hello" she said, though it didn't sound much like a sincere greeting, she would have never picked up on that. It began to don on her that perhaps the others had awoken as well. Maybe they were even downstairs conversing at that very moment, that much made her weigh her choices. She could go downstairs with them, which would lead to sitting awkwardly in silence. Or she could stay where she was, the latter seemed to suit her mood more. Anyplace where there were less people generally did. Stormy grey eyes once more peered over at Akio as she waited for any kind of response out of him.

More of the others filed into the dining room only a few moments after herself. Holding her tea cup gently she listened as Keichii proceeded to greet her. She offered a smile in return, "Good morning." Though she thought more about her answer to his question. "I suppose you could say that, I just had a bad feeling." She responded. For her, not being able to sleep because of a bad feeling was understandable. That being because bad feelings generally meant something was indeed about the happen. Then again she wouldn't let it worry her, she was most often given a warning a few days in advance. Whatever real storm was brewing out there wasn't due for another few days, if history proved her right. She continued to sip her tea in a calm manner, paying the thought of trouble no mind.

--------- Ou lay on his bed, staring up at nothingness; darkness. He doesn't know how long he's been staring at the colour he favoured most while laying still, almost as if frozen in time. His window was shut, and his dark coal curtains obscured any view the outdoors had to offer. Hearing the storm relaxed Oukanji. He has been up since dawn, relishing in the deafening silence of his room. How many hours has it been? For the first time since he woke up, he twitched and rolled over. A noise was heard throughout the stillness and silence the room once had; a faint growl of the stomach. Yawning without a single noise escaping his mouth, he adjusted his crown and slowly started making his way to the cafeteria; obscuring himself from others as he willed the shadows to linger upon him.

Upon his arrival, he saw three people occupying the room. He blinked once, then proceeded to walk past the individuals; being a light-eater, planning to have a piece of toast and possibly some vanilla yogurt to accompany it.

Keiichi listened to Natsumi's answer. A bad feeling, she said. "Ah, you're probably worried over nothing." he said, in an attempt to reassure her a bit... sort of. Keiichi never really believed in 'bad feelings'. He always just assumed everything was gonna be okay unless he saw a premonition; those visions usually meant something bad. Suddenly, he saw another person enter the dining room. It was Imran, who appeared to be in a bad mood. "Imran! Good morning!" Keiichi said enthusiastic. "Did you sleep well?" he then asked, trying to get the boy to speak to him. In the corner of his eye he could see another person, Oukanji, who entered the kitchen. "Alright! Who wants some breakfast?" Keiichi then offered to make breakfast for everyone. His question mainly directed at Natsumi though, since Imran was already eating and Ou took care of it himself.
