Splashfoot wrote:{ Scamps I think you may have to hold it for a little while. Dovepaw just died, and I don't think any cat would even glance at her. Since I roleplay Mintpool and know her personality (she forgets the world around her if she's under terrible grief), then she won't even do as much as glance at Silverleaf. Sorry, it's not me, it's Mintpool **glares at Mintpool** **mintpool glares back**
I think you my have to hold off the birth for a little bit. maybe when everybody has gotten over Dovepaw or something, I dunno. }
Dovepaw's starry figure appeared beside Vinepaw, and her warm voice whispered in his ear,
"Not Silverleaf....she has too many kits already....Vinepaw, Vinepaw, take them to me...Take them to the stone that shines in the darkness...but be careful, they are young and weak...they will depend on you."
Then her figure vanished, and all was silent again.
[[ Haha, all the more drama. >:3 XD She'll give birth on her own, unless some other cat jumps in.
Hi Rossalind! 8D *Big excited fast wave*
Oh yeah, and Seasonal, one of her kits is blind, the other is deaf. Pebblekit is blind.... Graykit is deaf. Or they will be. Graykit is Manx.... a gene way up in his father's bloodline that appeared in him. He is really fluffy and soft and has a cute little stub of a tail. Or you could say no tail. XD]]
Silverleaf groaned. A kit plopped on the moss behind her. Unable to gather strength to nip the sack open, she just lie there hoping she would be able to save the kit. She was soon able to gather herself to get the kit next to her, and then another came. She put them next to her to suckle, and drew her other kits close.

Murkypaw glared at Mistyway from across the clearing. She recognized the she-cat; she new exactly who she was, and who her kin were. Dovepaw's death had upset her, only not for the same reasons that the Clan grieved. It was the apprentice's choices that upset her; not the concept of her passing. Murkypaw's mother had once told her, "Those who fail at life seem to also fail at death too; mouse-brains live for an annoyingly long time." It gave the grey she-cat satisfaction to prove her wrong. Dovepaw had chosen young love; something that had never been done before, and that most certainly should have been prohibited. She had died because her body hadn't finished developing, was the conclusion the apprentice had come to. Apprentices usually stop growing about the time they finish their training; every cat knew that, and Dovepaw must have too. "Mouse-brains," she muttered to herself, "die."
OOC - 8D Hehe, my cat is so logical and unfeeling. <3

Greetings. Toad's the name, and sarcasm is my game. (You may call me Toad.) I am a fan of knitting and most (if not all) varieties of pie. I like pretending I'm cooler than I actually am and acting like a fool. I am the most serious person you will ever meet. Seriously.
