He said as with exaggerated importance in his eyes. With that, he held only the tanto, letting the daito fall. As Jaired sweeped, he used it as a whip, swiping it towards Jaired's body.

Jaired's ledges pulled back and heaved up in a whirlwind., “ Huh, the one time those break-dancing classes helped me in a fight.” Jaired did this because at the ankle of his legs were armor like the ones on his arm and wriest. The blades scraped and bounced off them , and jaired flipped up-wards, grabbing his spear and spun it around like a wind-mill as Horatio used his double blades. “ Whats the perfect counter to whip-like weapons? You guess it, This thing!” He ran closer to horatio, wppinning the spear rapidly towards him.

Horatio held his tanto in one hand, the daito in other, waiting for the exact timing, the momentum of the blade. It was all about timing. He hardly even dared breath as Jaired drew closer. "How many times do I have to tell you, idiot? You blade will never touch me."

Whats he planning...? Jaired narrowed his eyes at horatio as he drew closer. " Lets try this on for size!" Jaired used the high momentum of the spear had gained from spinning and thrust it at Horatios exposed body, the back of the spear at an angle that protected jaired's torso and kept at a distance when thrusting. " At this Speed, you can't possibly shield or dodge!"

Horatio smiled darkly, his eyes glinting upon his blade. He waited for the exact moment, and then held the string taut between the blades.The blade of the yari cut deep into his shoulder, but the grin was still on his face. He let go on one side of the daito, string following closely behind, letting it swing around the pole with the force of the daito dropping, He held the other tanto and pulled on each end, tying a noose around the head of the yari.

Jaired ducked downwards, pulled thespear closer towards himself and flung multiple senbon at Horatios vital points, using this as a perfect opportunity while horatio was exposed.

"I'm always a step ahead of you," Horatio simply replied as senbon needles drew closer. He reflected the glint of the blade, showing several strings around him. "I've retied the strings, earlier, don't you remember?" They were now visible in the sunlight and the needles cut through layers of strings. Horatio deflected a few that had come through with the flat of his blade. As Jaired tugged, he only pulled the noose tighter. The string was tied around the pole of the yari where blade and staff met. It was a tug a war for the yari. Suddenly, a net dropped from above Jaired and several shurikens landed at the edge of the net to keep it in place. "Lovely trap, don't you think?" As a a senbon needle hit his arm, one that had not been blocked or deflected.

Jaired kept a steel grip on the yari, " Your not getting my weapon too!" Despite the net falling on him, he managed to keep his calm, and retrieved a kunai, slicing through parts of the net. " Thats the best you got?" Jaired grunted, the net half-torn.

There was another barrage of shurikens raining down as Jaired was cutting the net. "Your moves are restraint in the net. And besides, do you know how many strings you cut with those little needle of yours? You can't use your yari in the net, but you'll need both hands if you want to survive that," he said, pointing at the shurikens and kunai knives raining down on Jaired. He violently tugged on the yari once more.
