Flyin Puffballs are cute, magical, cat-like creatures. Some say they are hamster-cat hybrids, but no one knows for sure.
In the wild, they live mostly up in the skies. They are easily tamed and make excellent pets. Some more intelligent Puffballs can use technology and such, with training, but they are more often lazy balls of fluff who like to sleep and fly around. Each Puffball has only one special item such as a balloon that allows them to fly- some are more rare than others. No Puffball has more than one.

Well, Now that you've asked, I may as well make you happy and give you a nice and lengthy
answer! I personally am not the type of girl to give up easily! I like trying my hardest, and
not giving up until the bitter end. Some call me a bit stubborn, loud, obnoxious, annoying
. . .But hey! Why bother and let those people get me down? They don't matter, they're just
haters, and i'm just a skater, and I'ma just have to simply ignore 'em, right?

Well, now. Hmm. I suppose I'm a lot like water, though I don't really like water, or the beach
all that much. . .But yeah! I tend to go with the flow. Get it? Flow, Water? Water flows. . .

I LOVE enjoying my little bit of time on the Earth! What? NO! I'm not dying! But it's true. . .
We all have so little time, and we never know when we're gonna kick the bucket, SO I'M GETTING
STARTED EARLY! Y'know, so I'm not an old 'coot getting my bucket list all checked off. Because
by then, i'll be too creaky and old to do anything fun. So I'm traveling 'round the world and
getting my sight seeing in! Next stop, Tokyo! Y'know, even with my name, I've never been there! "

Tokyo's the kinda girl you'd see breaking up a fight in an alley - or starting one with the right circumstances. She's not afraid to protect her friends, or strangers, and she thinks justice is needed to be served to everyone, no matter what.
As well as when she's having a conversation, she'll say anything, because she isn't afraid, and she's brutally honest.

She's 17 now, but Tokyo's the kind of soul that will never grow old. She'll be the grandma skating around the retirement home, and dancing around. Now, however, she still acts like a young teenager; dumb and quick to make decisions. She doesn't have a bit of maturity to her.
As for things proposed to her for outings with friends, she's up for anything! She'll go along with anything, really.

Tok is definitely charming, and interesting. She can make nearly anyone do what she wants. And make nearly any girl fawn over her with some simple little flirty words - of course she won't usually ever talk to them ever again though. Commitment isn't her thing.
Like any teenager, she's not the brightest bulb in the box. Now, why someone gave her a passport, i have no clue. But, none the less, she never knows when to show up, and her bold mouth can get her in trouble more times than none.
