Same here, but I had half-watched some Mon animes before.

Also, while Fullmetal Alchemist has a mostly male cast, the girls can do things by themselves!

What was your first anime?
That's actually a really hard question because I watched quite a few when I was younger. There's no telling which actually came first. I watched Pokémon, Yu-gi-oh, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Sailor Moon all in a pretty close timeframe.

However, Inuyasha was the first series I watched where I was actually aware of the fact that it was an anime and not simply a cartoon. Then after that, when I was still relatively young, I watched Hikaru no Go, pieces of Naruto, and found Yu Yu Hakusho to rewatch it.

I promise you, there is nothing I won't give,
To see this through, return the soul to where it lives

I just realized this was in your siggy Nitro. It's such a good song I just had to mention that I love it. :P

Someone should make a Spirit Tracks AMV with that song. And a Al-themed Brotherhood AMV with Re-CODA... what, you thought I'd stopped talking about Solatorobo? X3

Buso/u Renkin means arms alchemy, but what language is that written underneath? (I only watched one episode, and that was a couple of weeks ago, but I'm planning on picking it back up.)
EDIT: I just noticed in the bottom-right corner... that poster is in French.

@Fin-chan
Oh, Fin didn't notice that before. Love Noin^^
I used to be online a lot here, but I became bored of this site and I don't like some of the rules here.
Now I'm pretty busy as well. You can still try to message me though, I might be online again now and then : )

I've asked this a zillion times, but does anyone know an anime that'll grab my interest in the same way Fullmetal Alchemist did? I'm thinking of watching Attack on Titan but there's only one dubbed episode.
Also, could someone find a manga called Oath of Lilito or-however-it's-spelled on a manga reader site for me, please?

What was your first anime?

Oh god. My first anime was probably Pokemon, but I only watched a few of the seasons. I watched Death Note quite early on, and Durarara!! was watched in 2010...

EDIT: Just remembered, my first anime WAS pokemon ^^

Aside from Pokemon (same as everyone lol) it was Sailor Moon, but I wasn't really aware I was watching anime; my friend just said "Hey, come watch this with me". I was extremely wierded out, yet I could not stop...

My first *concious* animes were Inuyasha, Death Note, and Soul Eater, I think ^_^"
Hug your pets. They're gone before you know it.

Shoot I had to get offline before I could reply >_<

[Heh, thanks~ A friend actually made it though, but she let me use it.]
Ohhh, I've seen PMMM. Yes, the feels ;-; I want to rewatch it, but I only have the last 4 episodes on dvd... Don't ask how that happened.
Ah, but thank you for the recommendations, and thank you as well to the others! I get to go to the dvd store tomorrow, so I'll look around for these then ^^

What was your first anime?
Other than the few odd episodes of Pokemon, the first anime I actually watched (and have on dvd) is Hetalia. Although I haven't seen many Beautiful World episodes, I've watched all of Axis Powers, World Series, and I rewatched the movie for the 10th time last night~
After that, my other first anime were Death Note, Lucky Star and Soul Eater. I have them all on DVD to rewatch at any time, too!
