I have to know. How you react if you had to review a cat from this RP?

Simply, I wouldn't review them at all.
This RP is a clear parody/attempt at humor, rather than a genuine character-based RP that aims to take itself seriously. The characters that are sent in to me are ones that people have put at least some thought into and are aiming to improve them (hopefully; I've gotten a few here who I think were looking more for affirmation that their character was brilliant than actual critique). To review a character that isn't meant to be good in the first place would be like trying to fish in a dry creek-bed - you're not going to get anywhere anytime soon.
If you were to have the cat sent in as a test of how funny they actually are, that would be something different, but sense of humor rarely plays in here (aside from some puns and dumb jokes).
In short, it'd be a pretty fruitless attempt on both sides of the line.

Gender: She-cat
Clan: None as of yet
Rank: Medicine cat
Personality/Skills: She is a very smart cat with an obvious skill, this makes her very snobby. She is very selective in who she spends her down time with. She dislikes listening to the other older medicine cats because she feels she knows just as much as them if not more. She has a soft spot for the elder warriors, and loves listening to their stories.
Important Notes: She was an only kit(There were 2 but the other was still born) so many say she was a bit spoiled.

Name Reasoning: -tail refers to a cat who's supremely skilled at climbing and balancing, but she's both a skilled medicine cat and a fast runner, which would be either -leaf or -foot, depending on which she's the best at (I'm going to assume herbs, since you mentioned her snobbishness regarding older medicine cats).
Alternative Name: Willowleaf/Willowfoot, just in case.

Character Rating: 10/10
Character Reasoning: I really adore the idea of a female medicine cat prodigy who's snobby and arrogant. I love it. Bless you for making her as she is. Lord knows we need more.
Anyway, her personality checks out just fine, though I will suggest an extra trait - she's either intimidated or annoyed with anyone who may be on par with her for herbal knowledge. Being a prodigy, I imagine there's a lot of pressure on her to be the very best, and she ends up as she is now - overly-confident, snide, and proud. She may like the elders specifically because they're too old to be learning anything and possibly being a challenge to her, plus they may be more quiet and easier to deal with than, say, a kitten or other medicine cats. Just a suggestion, but it could connect together the rest of her personality.

Personality/Skills: His big frame and stoutness give him an advantage in battle, but so does his edgy personality and protectiveness for his sister (below) and the fact he got into loads of scrapes with rogues in his youth. As I said, he is edgy and rather stubborn when he makes a decision. He hangs out with his sister, the only cat he trusts. He respects his Clan-mates, but the fact he was rejected from WindClan during a very mean leaf-bare causes him to be rather suspicious and careful not to stand out a lot, and work hard. Now, of course his stubborn nature gets the better of him when he is in charge of patrol. In any other case, he hangs back.
Important Notes: Nothing much...he might be a little bossy towards younger cats, I suppose.

Gender: She-cat.

Personality/Skills: She is slender, but she is better at combat than jumping around trees. She is rather bossy and stubborn like her brother (above), but unlike him, she likes to stand out. She is rather arrogant and smug, but as she fears exile, she makes sure not to be too rude or critical (which she finds hard). Earning the trust of her Clan, fully of course, is also a thing she would like to achieve, but doesn't realize some cat would want to befriend her because she is too busy hanging around her usually silent brother. He helped her survive during her early loner years, and they have formed a strong bond over the moons.

Name Reasoning: The name fits (and it's about darn time that someone uses Avocet-, real talk). There ain't much more to say about it, so good job!
Alternative Name: None.

Character Reasoning: I can't see any real issues here. He certainly has a reason to be distrustful and a little abrasive, though I highly suggest you devote his character arc to him overcoming those faults. Other than that, it all looks good.

Name Rating: 5/10
Name Type: Misplaced Traditional
Name Reasoning: Sparrow- is for a brown tabby, rather than a black cat. Also, I'm not too sure on it, but it seems like she's a talented fighter, like her brother. I would recommend a name for that if that is so, instead of just the defaults.
Alternative Name: Shadeclaw/Beetleclaw. Both prefixes suggest a black cat, and -claw is for if she is notably talented at fighting. If not, then stick with the defaults.

Character Reasoning: She and her brother work out pretty well! I wouldn't recommend using them as RP characters, though, since closed-off, sticks-only-to-one-person characters are hard to work with. But anyway, they check out!
