My blue eyes started to water. I didn't know what to do. But the anger in his voice was too scary. I shivered. "I only wanted a place to sleep..." I whispered quietly. Then I quickly scampered away. Is this just bad luck... I thought to myself.

He gentley layed in the box as he placed his black paws on the cold cardboard as he placed his head ontop on them. Hes tail rapped around as he layed in it. He wanted to sleep but just the thought of how he scared off the small white fured dog worried him. "Am I becoming.. a monster?..." He mumbled to himself looking at his large paws. But he put his thoughts to the side as hes rib cage pressed aganst the side of the box and his collar dug into his throught. He wanted to find that dog. And befriend it.

I whimpered under the shade of a tree. The thought of the large dog scared me. but quickly, I fell asleep. When I awoke, I was under a tree. I thought for a second what had happened. Then the flash back started inside my head. I tried to pull it away, but the memories stuck firmly in my thoughts.
