i've just seen 2 of these :O

It's the only one I got 2 of. And I heard another person talking about getting it more often too, so, maybe not the rarest. Though I'd guess that most of them turn rare what with all the outcomes.

From what I'm seeing I'd guess at this point that they're all very close in rarity.
