Yes, the tomatoes are considered "Tricks" as we called them last year. (Thought last year they were ghosts, lol.) But you have a chance of getting a 'treat' which is the candy, or the 'trick' for the tomato items.

There are also items in the store that are new, so you might be seeing things from there if you mean something other than the tomato.

You get Halloween stuff from either the Candy Exchange, the forum pages (sometimes you find an item instead of a candy), or the C$ Store. No Halloween pets in the Store yet, but I expect we'll be seeing a couple. ^^ Plus there's all the stuff from last year.
