Amber looked at Melody and says quietly "Alex? Is he like the 'others' like you and the one over there. Is he nice like you? Does he hurt people?" Amber flicked her tail to the other 'others' when she metioned the 'others' near Melody and her.

(She calls all the other hybrids but her 'others' by the way just to let you know)

Melody looked at Kuru,"It's better than never fighting back.." She then turned back to Amber, "Alex, he's kind and he is a PERSON not a thing or 'other'. were just different,I'm sure they'd be nice enough to let you live for a bit in their tree house."

Amber nodded and says "Are the other people living in the tree house nice?" She stayed away from what called people for a reason. They might want to hurt and kill her. She didn't mean any harm and she doesn't want to be harmed. She sat down and looked up at Melody and what she asumed was Zuru.
