It didn't happen here - I'm fairly new.
On another site, I made an RP that got VERY popular (6000 comments?) compared to my others. I had been going for months now, until one of the biggest characters, other than my own, quit the site. The RPis slowly dying, nothing exciting is happening anymore. I miss the activity it used to have, I was actually popular because of that rolepaly

I made up these two really good plots a while ago, and the first one I had, the first time I started it a few people joined, but they never posted. So I tried starting it again about a month or two later, and no one joined it. The other, only a few people joined and it only got to the 7th page. But I really want them to go! And then a different rp I made, a Harry Potter creatures one, only my RL friend joined, and no one else so we never started. BUt the first two plots I would have really loved if they get going, but if I start them again, I don't want them to die. Ones about mythical equines that left earth because they were being hunted and they live in this place called Azishla, but they still haven't found a place to permanetaly live in, and they are looking for their 'paridise'. The other is about two clans of dragons, and one is stuck with the old way of living, but the other wants to live a new way.

Aw... I'd join if you recreated the RPs, Toppyrocks. ^^ Though how many other would? >.>

ANNOYANCE: Whenever I really get a relationship in a roleplay going on, the RP dies days later.

*RPs horses* xD would join a horse RP on CS, though I've never RPed here ;^_^ and I think I'd make posts to long for my own good o_o

Were they saying that in the RP? As in like their characters say it to your characters?
If that's an Out of Character thing, then that's just plain rude. ._. You can report them for that.

My rant is when you finally find a decent roleplay, and then it dies almost right after it starts.

Ugh. I was just on another site, wheres people will just create simple RPs that last for an hour or two. It's actually not too bad, because everyone's there at once, and you know exactly what the plot is. Well, the purpose of this RP is that the creator's character is standing alone by herself when she suddenly finds herself transforming into some sort of monster, and all of the other characters are coming to see what's going on. We were having a good time when suddenly another person on, and wrote, "POWER PLAY". We all looked at the recent posts, but we couldn't figure out what they were talking about. We asked, and they said, "It's power playing to have special powers or mutations."

What? No, it's not. I told them that the point of the RP was that she had those powers, and that that wasn't the correct definition. They proceeded to tell me that they were a member of a thousand different RP sites and knew what they were talking about.

Again, what? A thousand sites? I don't think so.
