Get a new charger/send it in for repairs. If you got it less than a year ago Nintendo will repair it for free.

Now if someone ever need me, I'll be torturing myself to manage to find a shiny Marowak through eggs in Pokémon X for probably an entire year. If I never return it's because I died doing Masuda Method.
