The coliseum is the best place to get chest skins c: As for gathering you can find them while digging in water
5 skins drop in the coli or digging and the other 5 you can buy in the marketplace

Yes, you can

I was able to hatch 5 of my 7 eggs (forgot to save enough spots ) and the babies turned out nicely.

I actually found a dragon in the AH that was grown AND available to breed, though that doesn't really mater at the moment, since none of my males are ready to breed ^_^;;;;
