That is just weird...

Anyway, I'm doing a 1x1 RP with someone, and then just today, I got a PM from some random person asking if they could join... -_- Seriously? Does the fact that in the rules it said 'Honey Dew & -other user- only' matter?

Gosh, where do I start...

I created a Warriors RP with a friend of mine. We agreed that one of us would be leader, the other deputy, in means of rank IN THE RP. My friend chose to be leader, and she was also the one who created the first post, with rules and such. Now everyone in the RP treats me like I'm just another charrie owner, and like I DON'T have the right to ban them, warn them, etc. Even when my friend and I keep reminding them of my rights.

You should have taken turns posting rules and such, like she posts the introduction first, then you post the rules in the next post. That would have given you an equal footing in the eyes of the RPers, but now, since you didn't really play a keyrole in presenting the rp, you just seem like a minimod and you never did any of the work.

I know, I hate it so much. However, what makes me the most angry is the fact that we KEEP reminding them, over and over again. Yet they refuse to accept that I have equal ranking.

Though, I do understand, sometimes when you're on, you just don't feel like posting. xD

I participate in 1x1 rp's and normally we have two characters each. So basically we each play our main character and the 'new person' that goes with them through the rp. Ex - my char + her randomly created char & her char + my randomly generated char.

What makes me mad is when I'm having a grand time interlacing plot twist and giving my characters depth and background and the other person always refers back to her favorite novel as a background and setting. ALWAYS. (for example I could say she always makes them turn out to be vampires, every time.)
Also it irks me that she'll post for my character, for example saying they scream and cry when it would be entirely out of character to do so. I don't mind some character leadings but giving them mood swings is... GRAH!
Anyways, it also makes me sad when one of your favorite rp friends looses connection and can't continue the rp, or gets on at opposite times of day and thus cancels our rp.

I absolutely hate making arrangements for an RP for a good week or so, and suddenly when the RP starts, everything is wrong Dx Their 'semi-lit post' is only two sentences, no words are capitalized and periods are only used when it becomes a must, and suddenly the character they made before had their personality completely turned around and now they're so a Mary/Gary-sue >> Grrr. -munches on milk carton-

Now I actually look at their previous RPs before starting >D Hee hee, I iz so sneaky.

I would just say "Hey, do you mind not writing that my character is screaming? It's really out of character for them, they wouldn't do that." That way it's polite and they learn a bit more about your character in doing so. It can be hard not to write something like that, especially if your post is looking a bit short. xD But a gentle reminded never goes awry~

OMG I THINK YOU'RE MY SOUL MATE~

I JUST SPENT AN MONTH, AND ENTIRE MONTH GETTING THIS RP WORKED OUT WIT SOMEONE ON A DIFFERENT SITE.
WE TALKED BACK AND FORTH, FIGURING OUT A BIT MORE ABOUT THE PLOT AND WHAT NOT.
I was genuinely excited! It was an rp idea I had been dying to do! (A Roommate romance RP.)
She was busy, so sometimes I had to send her a gentle nudge, asking if she still wanted to do this, she always replied saying yes.
Everything is said and done, I had sent them my character profile, and I was just waiting for theirs.
It comes two days ago and I am devastated.
I'd been waiting a month for this; putting in a lot of work (They just went with the flow.)
And let me remind you, this is a Lit RP, so I was expecting someone..."Professional," for lack of better words.
This is the real profile here, because I just cannot sum up my disappointment in words.
(I hadn't even posted this until now because I was so upset. Dx)

Appearance: With a slim body of 5'11" in height, naturally black hair and piercing blue eyes, Jayden was used to some attention from the opposite gender all throughout his High School career. Not to say that there weren't a couple boys after him too, but either way he was always uninterested and had other things on his mind.

Because he had no one in particular he was trying to impress, he never thought to wear fancy or in-style clothes. Typically, a pair of black or blue jeans, cargo pants or those funky Hot Topic pants with all the little chains on them and a t-shirt, polo or an unbuttoned long sleeved shirt over some kind of non-sleeved shirt was what he wore. The weather tended not to matter in his clothing choice, considering he could always wear a sweater in the colder seasons or deal with summer heat. Why not take off his shirt, since that was what was more-or-less common among guys in the summer? He much preferred not to reveal any more of himself if he could help it and would rather deal with some form of heat stroke than take off his shirt.

Personality: Generally, Jayden is a pretty quiet character. Unless he feels he has something to say. A lot of the times, what comes out of his mouth is sarcasm or an insult, unless you happen to be a good friend of his--no, wait, he still does the same thing. He's considered a sour-puss to many and was often feared by some in his earlier years in High School. A mask of irritation is almost constantly on his face when not alone. Without knowing it, he tends to push people away so he doesn't have to deal with the ups and downs of relationships--whether they be romantic or merely friends.

Despite the angry loner type of personality he tries to act up around others, inside he could be caring when he feels the need to be, and has a strong sense of justice. If he sees some nerd being harassed for no reason other than being a nerd, he likes to beat the crap out of whoever was doing the harassing--then leave immediately after using the excuse that he only did it for the opportunity to beat someone up.

If someone were to assume he had great self-confidence judging from the way he acted around others, they'd be completely wrong. When picking fights with others, verbal or physical, he often forgets how emotionally vulnerable he really is. Say the wrong thing about him or his family and friends, and you'll most likely fall into a world of hurt.

History: While the majority of Jayden's childhood was almost perfect, it was not all beautiful. At the age of nine, his parents were murdered by some mysterious character and Jayden was sent to live in an orphanage after research revealed he had no other family. It turned out his grandparents on his father's side were found dead the same night and his grandparents on his mother's side passed away a few years back of natural causes. Word had it he had an uncle somewhere, but could not be found.

After two years in the orphanage, he was finally adopted. However, the man who adopted him was far from loving. Early, he turned to verbal and emotional abuse, which later became physical and drove Jayden to become the angry person he is today and caused his self-confidence level to deteriorate. To cope, he let his anger out at school, picking fights with anyone who would fight back. But the trouble he got into only made his home life more painful.

It's just...so cliche, it breaks my heart. ;o;
I haven't responded to the person yet.

I just hope they don't come on CS.

Wow I just found this O.o And trust me I have MANY rants, so very many, it makes me sad

Well in this Invite only roleplay, I invited some good friends of my RL and some okay roleplayer from here on CS, one of the people posted their form and then didn't actually post until it was 50 pages into the roleplay. When they did, it was two sentences for two characters, which I said not to do in the rules, the roleplay had started great, it was engaging to everyones characters. Then as soon as that person came in, they tried to make it ALL about there characters and would ignore everyones characters but one of mine, then she decided to post this: "MY CHARACTERS NEEDS A BOYFRIEND! I WILL QUIT IF SHE DOESN'T HAVE ONE!" ._. That annoyed me a little bit, but I made a character to be her ones boyfriend, and then, she stared powerplaying and stabbed done of my characters through the heart apparently.... Urgh it was annoying >.<

Then later on I decided to make another roleplay, for people who are a bit more semi-lit then she was. It was my mistake I named it something similar, and can you guess what they did, they reported it because I didn't invite them to it.... It wasn't even the same roleplay! She got about seven roleplays locked that I was in, I'm not lying or exaggerating here! It was VERY frustrating, so I just tarted roleplaying elsewhere until I found a few great roleplays on here and I started RPing much more. Now I'm quite happy, it doesn't stop the person sending me annoying PM's though ._. Very frustrating...
