He shot ice spikes at her, "Let's just go." His eyes shifted from the unfamiliar girl, to the door. Ryan wanted to stay calm and talk, but after the incident with his brother, he couldn't. He needed to leave.

"Okay." Grabbing his hand tightly to help him get a hold of himself, she led him out the door, shooting an apologetic look at the girl.

"I'm, I'm sorry..." His voice was shaky and uneven. "I didn't mean to worry you..." He closed his eyes, and sat down, tucking his knees to his chest.

She kneeled down, looked Ryan straight in the eye, and slapped him. "Get a hold of yourself, Ryan! Your stronger than this!" She glared at him. Then she leaned down and kissed the red spot on his cheek. "Sorry, but you needed some sense slapped into you." She looked at the girl. "Hi, i'm Rowan." She held her hand out.

He rubbed his cheek, offended. "I know." He retorted. "You have no idea what I'm going through, though..." He stood up and rubbed his tired eyes. "I'm Ryan, nice 't meet ya." Ryan huffed and walked inside his castle.
