Frostkit is a young kit with a case of Feline Hyperesthesia, or Cat Schizophrenia. Because of this, he often acts very quirky, timid, and antisocial.
Now, he may be called some 'Omen Seeker' or 'Seer,' but he sees only hallucinations, I can assure you.
Because of his Schizophrenia, he isn't expected to live that long, since the visions would probably just lead him directly towards thunderpath, plotting his death.
