Autumn darted after Russetkit, the heat that stayed in her thick pelt was starting to slow her down. She saw the lake in sight and ran faster slightly ahead of Russetkit. They were pretty much shoulder to sholder.

Russetkit reached his father who frantically hurried him along, finally getting his family to the lake Bluemoon wept softly and lightly due to the destruction of camp

Mudkit saw fire close in on her she whimpered terrfied

Amberheart dashed and picked up cloudkit and ran out of camp then plased the sleeping kit down

Dark coughed weakly

Shadowfang was now running right behind Autumn.

Rivertail fell next to Shadowfang during the run. Her eyes desperate for the lake.

Autumn glanced over to see two cats following her, she kept running anyway. She stopped beside Russetkit. Shadowfang and Rivertail were panting silently.

Fog saw Dark "Come on!" she heaved the older cat up "We have to go!!" She yowled

"What's your name, kits?" Xavier asked, looking down at Sandkit and Snakekit.

"Snakekit!" the kit responded quickly, his tail waving happily in the air, trying to forget about the fire. He then looked to Sandkit, "What is your name?"

Dark coughed and noded runing with fog still hacking

Willowleaf darted to Shadowfang and Rivertail, nudging them to their paws the blind cat flicked her tail, "to the lake!" She yowled to the cats

Bluemoon looked around, his hurt leg seeming to give out as he yowled, "RUSSETKIT!"

Tears welled in Honeypaw's eyes as she stared at Shiver, she built up the courage to speak, "and so what if Spiritstar is my mother? Is it that hard to have kits like that? You don't care at all! Do you know what she has suffered? She has lost nearly everything," her legs began to tremble

Willowleaf nodded and burst from camp, narrowly avoiding fire as she went

Mintleaf spotted Sandkit and gasped, picking her up by the scruff he suddenly streak forward, darting towards the lake

Crookedheart got up and saw a rabbit she got in a crouch and she pounced and killed it woth a swift bite
