Hey, great to get to know all the new helpers! Just one question: I know other languages myself, so would the helpers PREFER if I spoke their home languages to them?

I need "inbox" help...i have a message being "held" i guess and i don't know how to retrieve it. I have already emptied out all my inbox and outbox and it still won't let me see my new message..now what??
