Unfair to the Cake dog by a high Advent, I believe. I'd get the exact gap double checked, but I know it's unfair to the Cake dog.

It's actually perfectly fair, though people tend to value other species over others (I personally don't, but...).

Unless any of those rats are list pets (I don't think they are), it is unfair to you even with years taken into account. Get a second opinion, but there are too many uncommons on your side for the trade to be fair for you.
