Well you have to be friends with them first. Afterwards you go to their profile and at the top, there should be a button to push to gift someone.

Im not talking about the ones reserved in the sales, I am talking about divines in the direct sales. Do any of them sometimes go for 4 passes? I really want my first divine :lol:

Usually no, they are at least 10 passes. They are usually more, but you might get lucky and snag a cheaper one.
