Zaahir squeaked a bit when Síka picked her up.
She gazed at Fili a little, and her ears perked up a bit when he said if she'd stay that size.

Zaahir knew enough about her species to know that if she was half the size of her dead siblings, then she'd be about half the size of Smaug when she got to that age. Which was realllyyyy far away from today.

She was going to mention that, but the two began to talk again and she allowed them to, curling up in Síka's hands.

Síka stroked her head softly with her gloved hand as her and Fili spoke, calming the small dragonet.

A slight smile crossed Legolas's face as he watched Annien giggling, but he turned serious again as he faced Thannor. "What brings you here, Thannor?" He asked curiously, he knew the elf vaguely from word of his father, Thranduil.

((OOC: That means one day when Síka's at an adult-ish age she'll be probably as big as a pony and Síka can ride her if she finds a saddle. Heck yeah pony dragon.))

Zaahir made some kind of purring noise and flattened herself against Síka's hands.

"I still adore it it's beautiful and I am sure it would sound wonderful in the halls as well so when do you think you will ready too leave I have pony waiting outside I didn't think too bring another one"he said putting his hand on the back of his head and rubbing he was slightly embressed and blushing a little bit.


Sirdal looked around and sniffed the air then clawed at the ground it was as if he was smelling he looked up and growled then back up and faced the tree he could smell a spider and seemed to quickly scale the tree after he had climbed into the tree a spider corpse seemed to fall along with several cocoons most of which where from a previous patrol that had been captured by the beasts and where currently stuck inside of cocoons they where alive. Sirdal hoped out of the tree that was just one of the many spiders that plagued mirkwood but it was by far the largest Thannor had ever seen as he seemed astonished that the spiders where getting to be horse sized at one point they where pony sized but it seemed they where getting larger. "I was running the monthly reports between your father and Thorin to keep track of enemy. A march warden should be doing more then just relaying messages between two kings but we are not at war currently so there is nothing for me too do at this point in time except help with this spider problem." thannor said walking over too the corpse and hitting it too make sure it was dead, it looked like Sirdal had killed it using his claws and teeth as the large arachnid appeared too have wounds that where fresh and matched sirdal's claws so it was safe too assume that he had indeed taken it down in the trees

Annien had screamed at the sight of thespider corpse, and had, unconsciously, scuttled toward Legolas, and gripped his shpulders tightly, truly scared. When she saw the lack of danger, she pulled away from him, blushing furiously, and scooting awau slightly, embarrassed. "S-Sorry my prince, I-I didnt mean to." She mumbled softly.

"Zaahir how large will you get?" She asked the dragonet softly, before turning to Fíli. "Well I dont exactly have my own, we used to have a horse but..." she started, and looked down. "I wouldnt mind leaving instantly, after Ive let the innkeper know of course. We could always share your pony?" She asked, gesturing to her shortness; she was only slightly taller than Fíli.

Legolas froze when he saw the spider corpse fall from the tree and instinctively drew his bow, ready to shoot. He also noticed that Annien had rushed to his side, he glanced at her and felt a little awkward. "It's fine," he replied quickly, trying not to blush himself. He turned his attention to Thannor, "I see," he nodded, and stepped forward to inspect the huge spider. "That was your ... ah, pet? That killed the beast then, impressive."

"About as half as tall as Smaug. Who knows. That's probably in a few hundred years though. I'll grow fast in the next 10 years, I know for a fact."

Bilbo nodded a few times. "I always wanted to make a map of the Shire, but I never got around to it." He told her, smiling. "This mountain is like a treasure trove for a map maker."

Annien nodded once, sharply. "Yes, there was an outbreak on the lower part of the forest and King Thranduil had to send out almost all of the forces to combat them. There were so many. I volunteered for patrol to get some air." She explained. "After all, there are likely to be many, many injuries." She said sadly.

Síka thought about it for a few seconds, before nodding. She was supposed to be at work, but her boss would understand, he knew of the girls love for the dwarf, and would be more than happy to accept it and, as he had done before, keep an eye on her father. "Yes but first... I need to tell my boss where im off to and... Well I will have a travel companion." She explained, slipping on a glove, and picking up the small dragonet, and putting her on her clothed lap. "This is Zaahir." She said nervously.

Elena smiled. "Certainly!" Elena said. "You must be in heaven!" She giggled.

Annien noticed the slight tension and sighed to herself silently she knew of his favour for Tauriel over all other female elves, but she couldnt help but feel jealous. She hadnt known him any longer but that moment that they met just felt so special in her heart. It frustrated her that he couldnt seem to feel the same but she knew there was nothing to be done about it. She rubbed her forehead and walked to stand next to Legolas.

Síka gasped a little. "Wow, surely not that big?" She cried, laughing and grinning. "That's truly fascinating!"

Bilbo smiled in reply and nodded slightly. "Well yes, naturally, but now that youre here, it is even more so of a heaven." He told her with a comforting smile.
