JUNE
June still noticed Emilee looking over her robust figure. If she could get this baby out now without any consequences and him being completely healthy, she'd do it in a heartbeat. It was wonderful, knowing you're creating a new being, but doing it alone was the hard part. After witnessing the frighted mare run wild and take shelter behind the fence, June took a shaky breath, the day's events already leaving her weak. She'd have to ask the new arrival Jason a few questions about his mare later on, just to sort out papers and make sure she was up to date on all vaccinations. Also, if he planned on competing, she'd need to get him one of the barn's personalized show shirts. June liked making a statement at the local competitions. "I need to go sit down."
BRANTLEY
Brantley stared down the dog, arms crossed over his chest. He pursed his lips and walked away after a couple seconds of silence, the barking and whining coming from the rottie honestly making his heart melt. He's known the dog for a long time, and watched over him like a little brother, or a best friend. Seeing Emilee up ahead, he waved a hand, trying to see if he could get her attention. He didn't yell, knowing it'd be useless with her hearing and all. Brant gave June a soft squeeze, the woman looking stressed beyond belief. He took her shoulders in hand and slowly beginning massaging them. "Easy girl. I can't have you going home and leaving me to deal with this place alone." Brantley caught Emilee's eye, and gave a tight smile. He wasn't good at the sign language thing, so he just spoke normally and hoped she's understand. "Ronan is chained up. Got into the ducks again."
