Here is another cat from my 'experiment', if that's alright with you. He'll be the only one for tonight, haha.

Description: A very stocky dark reddish-brown tom with pale amber eyes and thick, medium-length fur.

      Name: Russetstorm

      Gender: Tomcat

Clan: TunnelClan, a Clan that is renowned for their tunneling abilities and fierceness.

      Rank: Warrior

Personality/Skills: Very fiery and boisterous, with an explosive temper that will reveal itself when he's irked. He often alternates between deep, glowering periods to a neutralized mellow mood, unless he is having one of his famous aforementioned explosions; his Clanmates have long since learned not to trifle with him on a bad day. He has learned how to control this unpredictable nature of his, however; instead of lashing out at other cats, he will channel that anger into an energy to help him perform his daily tasks as a warrior.
He is a respected warrior in battle, but is not nearly as noticeable in fighting enough to earn him a suffix off of it, especially considering how his Clan is known for their strong physique.

Important Notes: Never let him near a hunting patrol or mention anything about climbing trees; he hates both, especially the latter as he does not have a very good sense of equilibrium in heights. :P
He is also surprisingly kind to she-cats, acting carefully around them, a trait that strongly belies his personality.

Rad to see you again, Captain. Or Greenleaf? Or Cpt. Greenleaf? Or Greeny...?

Name Rating: 10/10
Name Type: Traditional
Name Reasoning: The name fits him to a T; sounds nice too, which is a bonus. Not much else to say here!
Alternative Name: None.

Character Rating: 10/10
Character Reasoning: I don't see any glaring issues with this guy; he does, at least, recognize that wigging out on others won't solve anything, and tries to use it for good. I imagine, as he gets older, he will eventually start to transition from a wild temper to grumpiness.
Grumpy elders are the best, just saying.
Anyway, well done on this cat!

I wanted to try something out. I may use this cat, I just wanted to see if this was a good 'traditional' named cat. :lol: Also: I'm not upset anymore about my other characters. c;

Image/Description: A silver tabby tom with black stripes, and olive green eyes. He has a kinked tail, forming a slight V shape around the tip of his tail, he has large claws on his paws, and he has rugged, rough fur.
Name: Wildkit, Wildpaw, Wildclaw
Gender: Tom
Clan: Depends, I may be using him, I may not.
Rank: Warrior
Personality/Skills: His prefix was 'Wild' because when he was born, sometimes he would squirm around lots, much more then his siblings; causing him to get the name 'Wildkit'. When he was an apprentice, he had unusually long claws on his paws, and exceeded expectations in combat. Generally a loud tom when talking, he respects his clan and the ranks above him, but sometimes will turn snappy towards other cats when in his 'not the time' paces. His emotions, surprisingly, also consider to his name, meaning at times he can be respectful, and follow rules, when other times he's grumpy and wanting to be alone. He got his warrior name, 'Wildclaw' for the fact of his unusually large claws.
Important Notes: He struggles in the 'hunting' category, mostly because he has big paws, making him stumble when running after prey.

    Image/Description: click
Name: Dawnstorm. [Sounds cool too, eh?]
    Gender: Tom.
    Clan: -Undecided-
    Rank: Young Warrior.
Personality/Skills: Dawn is a very rash and impatient cat, and has a totally different outlook on life depending on his mood. While he can be energetic, hyper and talkative one day, the next he could be gloomy, blunt and sharp-tounged. The older warriors often consider him a nuisance either way, and he's often placed at the front or back of a patrol to stay out of others way. While he did have a dream to be leader once, that quickly was crossed out after being told he wasn't mentor material.
Important Notes: He's still a wip, but I'd thought I'd send him in. c:

Rate: 8/10
Type: Canonical
Reasoning: Dawn- works perfectly for her, but -wind doesn't, mostly for the fact that if it wants to say something, it's already said - for example, if "wind" means fast, then -foot's got that covered. It could also mean that the cat passes quite a bit of gas, but I reaaaally don't think that would be something to name someone for.
Alternative Name: Dawnwhisker. She's a good hunter, like you said, and I think that's worth naming.

Awesome, I'll take a look and see what we can do here.

Name Rating: 7/10
Name Type: Canonical
Name Reasoning: Remind me to put Wild- up on the names list. It works as well as naming your kitten "Cat-", mostly because all Clan cats are naturally wild, and also naturally cats. There's also a risk factor in naming a kitten this name, much like size-based names. The kitten could wiggle around a lot and be loud, but when they get older they could easily become a gentle, quiet sort who rarely if ever gets into an argument.
Plus, it's not entirely certain what Wild- could mean to a stranger. It could refer to their fur being scruffy and uncleaned, or it could mean a pelt that's oddly colored, etc. A prefix's main responsibility (at least, here) is to describe the color of the cat, for easy identification in case of emergencies, or in case they start stealing prey so they can be caught.
Alternative Name: Thymeclaw/Breamclaw. Both prefixes suggest a grey tabby (Bream- more so), and his suffix is fine as it is.

Character Rating: 8/10
Character Reasoning: He sounds like he could be a good -storm cat, with the mood changes, so long as they're over the course of a few days and not minutes.
From what I've read, I suggest to give him a strict outlook on the ranking system. Since he highly respects those in authority, he might be someone who places everyone somewhere on the totem pole, so to speak - he'll know who to obey and who to order around based on his system. Maybe he's the type to panic at the prospect of change, and hates to leave his schedule, or be even somewhat lenient on the rules, because the Rules are the Rules (which would also make him grumpy towards anyone who's more likely to bend or break them).
I dunno. Just a few suggestions. He clears out pretty well.

Thank you! I wasn't really looking for a prefix of Thyme or Bream- is there any prefix that could indicate to maybe to his attributes, or personality? Maybe even something that has to do with his tail or fur? c: (His fur was naturally born scruffy and ragged)

Real talk, Dawnstorm sounds like a scottish pirate metal song. I love it already.
AND WE PREPAAAAAARE FOR THE DAWN STORM [heavy metal guitar solo and violins]

Name Rating: 10/10
Name Type: Traditional
Name Reasoning: Here I am grumbling about prefixes not being gendered and I immediately assume Dawnstorm is a female. Look at me go with my rampant hypocrisies.
Anyways, this name is awesome, and a perfect mix for him!
Alternative Name: None.

Character Rating: 10/10
Character Reasoning: A -storm cat, generally, tends to calm down as they get older; they eventually find an in-between personality and become more calm and mature over time. He is a young warrior so he has plenty of time to wise up and be a more reasonable sort in his down time.

SO LADS BEWAAAAARE OF THE DAWN STORM [more guitars and violins]
